Rosangela Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Very friendly staff at check in. Her name is Paula and she went above and beyond after we told her we were in the city for the first time. She gave us information on what to do in town and other sightseeing around the city. The hotel is very clean and worth the price.

Very comfortable, people form staff very helpful and kind and nice, specially Josue, Julia, Thalyta, the other lady from afternoon shift and the guy form night shift with tattoos (Max I think).

It is unbelievable that a Hotel Chain like IBIS would submit its guests to a R$20/night parking fee because the parking lot is from a third party. It is not only inconvenient but also the fact that we didn’t have any options other than pay for it and wait for the car to be picked up every single time we wanted to leave the hotel. The “rotary” parking spots in the front were always blocked off. This terrible experience alone is sufficient to make me stay at a different hotel next time I am in town to visit my family.
