While I was overall satisfied at staying at IBIs for the night . I wonder why a copy of my passport was taken while no others where taken the night I was check in. For Breakfast and Lunch , I was ask about the room I was staying in, while my work colleague was never asked. I would suggest , maybe three tv channels be in English, a news , a sport and movie. The room had a little odor, which like it was lock up for a while. While the above comments are only meant as my observation. . The staff was friendly , and try to help me the best they could since my only language was English. The breakfast and lunch was fantastic. The Hotel.and the room was clean.

Very helpful and welcoming. Pet friendly in its true statement, the dog was allowed far more freedom and shown the respect he deserves than nearly every other "Pet Friendly" hotel we have stayed at in Brazil. The down side was the Breakfast. At 06:00hrs the breakfast looked delicious, plenty of choice and plenty of quantity. Breakfast didn't finish until 10:00hrs. At 09:00 each morning of our stay a large group of workers finished their night shift and returned to the hotel, by the time we both were ready for breakfast their was next to little cakes/pastries or hot food left, and none to replace it. Why should tourists be treated like this? We appreciate that the large groups give the hotel a good income, but if breakfast is served until 10:00hrs and you cater for every guest who has pre-paid for breakfast, every guest should be given the same choice for breakfast, otherwise what are you paying for??? The Air-conditioning in our first room was awful, we had to change room because it ruined our first night's sleep. As a brand hotel you would expect functioning equipment to guarantee a good nights sleep. Overall you cannot fault the reception or cleaning staff. And they spoke superb English. So thank you for your helpfulness.

Location is not bad, however the essentials for a hotel was not the greatest, missing shower towels, landline not working, water from the shower came out literally red and Dirty, bed sheet smelling like it has been changed a year ago

Reception desk doesn’t give my welcome drink I had to ask next day when I checking out, the hoom is not clean enough, pillows was smelling bad. Indo hope i never had to stay there again. I’m so sorry about that!!!

When you stay at Ibis from Accor group, if you were there before youbknow what type of service and infra structure you will gonna get. Overall it is always confortable. Minors changes could be improved such as check in process and maintenence of rooms due aging. Cleaning etc.

The location is very good related to the way to reach it and services around. The free self parking is a highly appreciated topic. But the maintenance of the rooms in terms of appearance and moreover the cleaning, made me rethink for a next stay. My perception was bad because of the bed sheets appearance and smell, the hair in the bathroom sink, the dirty signs in bathroom door and in the headboard. And the bathroom smell itself. It seemed to me that to allow a fair price the hotel reduces the cost affecting the quality. But the cleaning and overall appearance should never be affected by cost. It is directly linked to quality and consequently to the customer choice.

When we arrived the receptionist was asleep and it took us many attempts including trying to ring to wake them up so they could open the door. We understood that the door was locked as it was late, but surely one ring should have been enough. The room was very basic and not in a good condition. The water from the shower was almost cold. The corridors smelt of smoke.

The room where I stayed had bed bugs and I have been picked all over my body. A few started to appear after a couple of days but I didn’t pay so much attention on it, but now when I am home I have around 50-60 stings all over my body. I stayed in room 659. I have now also washed all my clothes and really hope I won’t get any into my house that would get to my family. Previously I have stayed many times at Ibis hotels, but I really feel bad now.

The air conditioning was very loud and very old . Needs to be exchanged or completely overhauled. The only alternative room was a room for handicapped people. Was a little complicated to use because shower and toilret was separate from sink and mirror.

n May 20, 2019 I stayed at this hotel. The 1st apartment was with the air conditioning broken.I was transferred to a 2nd apartment, also without air conditioning. Again transferred, now to the 3rd apartment, by surprise, also without air conditioning.The desk clerk said that it was a problem in the central system. So ... I opened the window and tried to sleep, despite the heat.I will not be returning to this hotel.

Just beside the Vale Sul shopping mall and Walmart supermarket you can have basically everything you need at a walking distance. The free parking is also a good service offered by the hotel. Very good option to stay on business or traveling with your family.
