When I got to the room I found some cut nails on the floor, I told reception and they told me they would clean it. When I returned I noticed that they cleaned the floor but only the most exposed region, because I found more nails under the table that I had not noticed before. Due to this situation I have serious doubts about the cleaning procedures in that hotel. Finding clipped nails in the room is totally disgusting.

Horrible. I have never been to a hotel where the bare minimum is offered and everything is paid for. I have never paid for a second guest in a room neither for an additional towel!
