No invoice for international companies

I kindly asked the hotel to provide an invoice with the data of my company in Germany, including the adress. They did not do that and said that this is not possible. I can't believe them, because I stayed in more thatn 30 different hotels in Brazil in the last years and this was ever possible. Very strange behavior from the hotel.

Overall, my stay was ok; however, I experienced some things like: very old and torn towels, the bed sheets were not changed (and I stayed 3 weeks), the maid took the right to throw away things that in her opinion should go in the trash, without imagining what I was keeping that for (wrapping, paper bags, empty boxes) for my travel back to my country; 2 employees (1 from restaurant and another from the front desk) were rude. I stayed there for 3 weeks, but honestly it was the last time I stayed there, for my next business trip to São José dos Campos I will look forward to stay in another hotel.
