a little bit unconfortable, for there is just one accessible room, and people need to know what is really accessible (to use something without help need), and I had to ask for help to someone of the group to take shower. The bath chair is short for a handicap plus sized person. The wall was making a hole.... I wanna go back, and having more accessible room options, using it alone, and have a perfect experience

The cleanliness of the room is questionable and the maintenance is very poor (for example: furniture in terrible condition, broken toilet seat). The pillow is very uncomfortable and there are no outlets near the bed to charge a phone.
