We reserved a room for 2 but only had one towel in the bathroom. We ordered food. It wasn't delicious, it was fine and they brought only one napkin. The tv didn't have netflix access. I left a note when I reserved letting them know it was my wedding anniversary and nothing happened even a note of congratulations.

The overall experience was good! One important missing point was not having an ironing board in the room!!!! I was informed that the hotel has a specific floor for that, but how Am I will be able to do it outside my rrom with one infant and a toddler?

I did not eat or drink at the hotel so difficult to comment on those areas. It is a shame about the road works outside the hotel at this time. Hopefully that will improve traffic flow and there will be less noise next time we stay.

Nice size bed, good bathroom and appliances but, extremely delayed check in, followed by rude staff in the bar. We Pay to Sleep but some member of staff knocked at our door at 9:30am!!!! To check the frigobar! This is outrageous and unacceptable! WE PAY TO SLEEP AND NOT TO BE.AWAKEN.AT 9:30AM The 30min wait for check in is absolutely ridiculous. I'll write a review on trip.advisor by the way. Good luck and I.hope this help you to improve.

we spent 2nights at this hotel, did checkin online (im a member), at the reception checkin was required, no help with baggage was offered, no instructions on how the hotel operates as be we breakfast timing/location etc was provided; we booked the privilege room, no courtesy water, no bath robes or slippers at the room; had breakfast around 9am and food burned due to overheating of the hot plate... anyway, my experience was below expectation after all the experience described above, I hope this help the hotel and its staff improve!

I have stayed at location often and it is great every time. This time I reserved a suite and the room is awesome. Highly recommend this location for shopping and locations of excellent eateries. Also close to businesses, but traffic is an issue.

Nice staff but not enough of them! There was 1 person working on the desk when we were trying to sort out our key card and big queue. There were more people working,in the valet car parking and to be brutally honest utterly inefficient. We had to change our key cars 4 times because you have to use in the lift.

Good location, temporarily made bad due to road construction right at the hotel entrance. Very poor Wi-Fi service (low speed, unstable), which is critical for those who need to work at night. The air conditioner in my room was not working properly, shutting down by itself. Poor lighting at the work desk. Poor parking valet service, slow and unfriendly. On the other hand, quite good restaurant service, and an excellent bed.

Overall OK experience. Good things: The room was quiet, the mini-bar was restocked on a timely manner, the check-in and check-out experience was very good, and Salvadore, the evening bartender, is GREAT! Not good things: Room service. The first evening (Sunday night) I ordered room service at 21:00, and it was delivered at 22:30! It took 90 minutes for me to get a pizza and salad! That is way too long. The other complaint is coffee - it would be great if you had a coffeemaker in the room with real coffee, not just a kettle that heats water for instant coffee.

My stay was not the same as my other colleagues

Hi' I am a program manager in an aviation company and I have stayed in your hotel Sao Jose Mercury with my two other colleagues for a business trip. However, it was not pleasant. the room facilities were not the same for me as my other colleague `Talha Karahan` / He had a coffee maker/water boiler in his room and he was able to enjoy tea at night however I did not have this in my room. I requested from the concierge on my first day, they said they will bring it but they did not/ My company paid the same amount for three of us, however I did not have the same facilities as a manager. We will be making another trip to Sao Jose at the end of October but I am afraid I won't choose your hotel again. I would like this discomfort to be compensated via points or membership upgrade, otherwise, I will be continuing choosing Hilton group for our future stays.

The experience was great, but some things could be a little better. Some of my clothes got stained in laundry room, the toilet paper dispenser was broken and the room light switches didn't work very well. The walls are a bit too thin, so we can hear all the conversations from adjacent rooms. Other than that, the hotel has great facilities, great food, and the staff is really committed to deliver the best experience to the customer.
