Cheerful and cheap. Clean and convenient. This hotel is a good value very average 3 star hotel. The king bed rooms are nice, however I found the pillows a bit too firm. Breakfast was reasonable

Family spent a night during a road trip at the Novotel São Jose dos Campos. It was a pleasant stay. Staff was aleays friendly and accomodations were pretty welll maintained. Good choice for the family!

Stayed for about a month. Had a leaky sink a few times. Some mold in the bathroom , on the shower curtain, behind the curtains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a good stay.

Attentive and professional staff dealt efficiently with my check-in. They recognised my Accord status and upgraded my room swiftly. The room was exceptionally clean and well furnished and had a great shower and separate wc. The breakfast was a good experience, with a complete variety of offerings, including an egg station. Had a great outside pool and terrace. All in all, a super place to stay and l can’t wait to return later this week
