I wanted to start at the beginning. I booked online and became a member of ALL. I confirmed my reservation so all I need to get when I got there was my key. I booked a KING bed with a second bed for our child. When we arrived I went to the desk to get my key. The person there said we need to get all your information. I told him NO I already did all this and confirmed with a pre-authozation on my credit card. After 10-15 minutes with him going to another person he cam back and said that the info I put in was in a different system. This was not my problem. I managed to give him all my info again. He then asked for my credit card of which I fogot at home but should be no problem as they already pre-authorized my room for the nights. Again he had to go talk to another person who finally came to talk and said everything is fine. I then went up to my room and discovered right away a terrible old dusty mold smell. I went out for an hour thinking maybe it would go away. I came back and it was the same. I was showed another room from which was worse. MOLD was all over the bathroom shower. To make matters worse for me and my wife we delveoped severe allergies of which I am still coughing and sore throat from this room staying one night. The next dau I told the guy we are not staying here for the rest of the nights and expalined the story telling him that this is not what I have ever experiance with Novotel in all my travels. I told him that I have seem Hostels in better condition. I also forgot to mention we went to dinner on the night of the 7th and had a terrible meal. My wife had Salmon of which her meal was cold and I had a budger of which was cold and Not cooked. I sent the burger back and still came back to me cold and not cooked. I told him forget as I lost my appetite. I epaled everything to the person in the restaruant expecting not to pay but I did have to pay as he said he cold not do anything until he talks to the manager. HE did nothing. So to end things off if you look at my reservation I booked a KING bed , well guess what, I paid for a KING and got a queen bed. They said yes they made a mistake. Thinking of this over the last few days I am still sick and my wife also I expect to either credit my card in FULL. Not just half the credit. If you would like a Doctor letter for this please let me know and I will provide to you.. I hope to hear from you soon. I have attached photos of the MOLD

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The location is easily accessible. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel amenities were great. Overall a very nice stay and I would definitely stay there again in the future.
