Basically I had a great time at Novotel Sjc. Only 2 things come in my mind that was unsatisfactoty. One is the fitness section which I think could have been better equipped The other one is that the garden with the pool is too noisy because of the main road next to the hotel. All in all I had a great time there, the staff memebers are very nice, the food is excellent and the rooms are comfortable.

Good and friendly staff. Rooms little bit old fashioned but functional. Window was not closing very well so little bit noisye from street, as well as fridge. Good access control
