The room felt old and unloved. The TV was terrible, the air conditioning loud, the bathroom old, toilet stuffy.

Great, but rooms are outdated

The stay was okay, the staff was as always amazing. What I notice is that over the years the Novotel SJC goes a bit downwards, the paid valet parking (nonsense), the gate that is not closed at all times, all the extra notes attached to the key card, the door, in the room, the elevator and so on are not very professional as well.

The hotel is startign to show its and the rooms are startign to need a refresher. Also I keep getting the same room next to the Maids room so we need to look at this.
