I stayed very often in that Hotel. I think it is going backwards but the staff is amazing and that is why we come there still. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation but the staff helped a lot. The parking is ridiculous and the gate is still often not closed which is not secure. There are every time more and more rules and notes attached to the key cover.

When going to SJK, the Novotel is the place to stay. It this time I was quite disappointed because of several things Upon arrival I was surprised by the paid parking, never saw this before and the process is very inefficient Then the check in; despite having checked in online, providing all required information it took the front desk agent more than 10 minutes to put all information (again?) in the system, when more people check in at the same time is caused a line and lot of delay We reserved a suite that is very comfortable but the light of the small toilet was not working Despite the renovation of the bar and restaurant, the people still made us feel welcome and comfortable In all, I was very disappointed and I hope that the paid parking will be discontinued, it is not about the cost but about the inefficient process, I don’t need anybody to park my car and free parking should be standard. The hotel should put a solution in place that will support the online check in so I don’t lose time waiting at the reception desk

All good. Only point for improvement was the time to get the car from parking, its outsourced service and it is not on par with the level of the hotel. The people doing the parking were very good and polite, but in small numbers, so it took too long to get the car.
