I found the room with very poor conditions. Not a good bed and the walls with poor finishing made the room look very bad. It was not the worst room, but it was not adequated to the price for it.

Efficient but with errors during check in

Everithing was fine as usual. The only "but" was during the check in/payment where some of the options and price chosen during internet booking (accord website) were not registered. I needed to prove that my reservation price was different. Nothing really serious but something strange since everything was performed via official booking accords tools.

Staff is very well trained and overall good facilities. The only complaints I have: I did not receive my Receipt and the receptionist couldn’t get one. The parking service shared with Mercure could be better. I had lots of bags and parked in front of Ibis. The drivers saw it no one cane to help get my car. I had to leave everything inside and drive in front of the Mercure so they could get my car. This could be better. Thanks

It is very good to sleep at IBIS COLINAS, perfect location, close to everything, with a good car park, everything very clean, quiet, cozy rooms, perfect cooling, although old and accompanied by my mother in law with motor deficiency, was made available an apartment nearby, this all associated with a very attentive staff with guests. So we spent three pleasant days and with great comfort. With an excellent cost. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Soap and shampoo

This hotel offers very good service for the money we pay. Just need to pay attention to details such as replenishing soap and shampoo every day. I stayed in for 3 days, 2 nights and had to deal with only one soap bar and shampoo. Hopefully they'll pay more attention to this little detail.

This was not my first time staying at the IBIS, and as I always feel very welcome by the staff, their rooms are comfortable and clean, the wi-fi is great with an excellent coffee optional. The IBIS Colina is very well located. All for a very good value for money

Economy bath soap.

A small piece of bath soap for a double room... In SJC the wheather is too hot and one bath soap isn't enough! Thankfully I always carry a complete necessaire. Take a shower at 11pm after a very long travel is indispensable.

I used to have a warmer welcome at the reception desk - I noticed a 'polited' but cold reception in making check in and check out. That is strange, mainly to be in Brazil. One of the IBIS caracteristics is to be in line with all the other IBIS around the world.
