This has been my second time staying at Mecure Dubai Deira,and I will like the location 1000 times, opposite a metro station, i saved so much on transport fares because i bought a metro card. The staff is very supportive and friendly. Housekeepers Rakesh and the team were very patient and helpful. This time i visited the swimming pool and found lifeguard Jonathan and the friend who were happy to help, and i was happy to find Jonathan who speaks my native language...thank you management for recruiting world wide. The front desk team is exceptional

I emailed the hotel to give me connecting rooms but they did not honour my request even though I was there for 7 nights. I found the main manager to be a bit rude. Support staff was good. The glass in the shower area is too small water comes out when you take a bath.
