During my vacation in Indonesia I had a short stay at this fantastic hotel in Tangerang BSD City. The atmosphere is immediately very comforting by the open and nice decorated entrance. The front desk, lobby, restaurant gives you a feel of high standard. Directly connected to this entrance is the beautiful open pool and the padel court. I was not able to play some games, but the fun the people have there playing padel is fantastic. The location of the hotel very near the Aeon Mall is also fantastic, only 2 minute walk, across the street. The staff is extremely friendly and of high service standard. I had the pleasure of having a very nice conversation with the Front Office manager, Ms. Dita. She personally recommended me to have the Rawon soup at breakfast, which really was delicious! Everything at breakfast was great! But the biggest surprising experience was the welcome in my room: they had decorated it with a very specific personal welcoming message and some small gifts. This personal attention and listening to my stories and remembering, touched me very deeply. They really know what I mean with “my second home”. Thank you very much Ms. Dita and Front Office team, F&B team and Housekeeping. I certainly will come back home to you again in future.

we booked this hotel for family staycation which is a perfect decision for us. theres a kids arcade and kids activity on weekend superr fun for our children. breakfast was good and a lot variety, and for the room was clean, comfortable and we get a best view. staff very informative and helpfull theres several from front office team viona, gebi and rizky. they're such a good people, shout out to🌟❤️

Overall, a very pleasant experience, The nasi goreng was especially delicious and quickly became one of my favorite dishes during my stay. The service was excellent as well everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Gebi who made me feel very welcome.

Didn’t expect the hotel to have so many fun facilities. The padel court was a nice surprise, and I ended up spending quite a bit of time in the arcade area trying out the games and claw machines. The massage chairs were also great whenever I just wanted to sit down and relax. Shoutout to Gebi for being super friendly and helpful during my stay. Overall, the hotel had a really nice vibe and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

The room was super clean and smelled nice as soon as I walked in. Everything looked well maintained, not only in the room but around the hotel as well. I also liked that the parking area was quite large, so finding a spot was never a problem. Got checked in by Gebi, who was friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for a few nights and had a really pleasant experience. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. What stood out the most was the service everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, especially Gebi who made me feel genuinely welcome. The whole experience felt smooth from check-in to check out. I also loved the jogging track around the property, which was perfect for a morning or evening run. Would definitely stay here again.
