Don’t stay in this hotel. Hotel AC doesn’t work, rooms remain super heated and very uncomfortable. Service is also poor. DOBT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

1. Long time to check in. I stayed in R#306, chk-in 21 evening and chk out 23-morning. 2. Location excellent and property maintained well outside. Needs some attention for rooms (1st wash basin clogged, tile near the western toilet wobbling, Adjacent cupboard door magnet not good…the door is always open, adjacent glass shelves dirty with small spiders and cobwebs) 3. Response to an action required is average. Possibly b’cos of the conf., a large gathering, unable to handle(short staffed?) 4. Food is average and not replenished quickly. This could be far better. Both in breakfast and conference lunches. 5. Linen are clean and toilet arise replaced promptly. 6. Overall, good property location , but not ready for large events commensurate with the price and promise.

We were apparently given an upgrade which was a smaller room. Less staff at checkin and even when we called multiple times at the reception for some help nobody picked up. There was some event setup going on and there was too much noise because of that. Our "upgraded room" was right next to this setup. Breakfast was the saving grace , overall a poor experience

Nice hotel, with great staff and excellent restaurant. We were however, disappointed with the lack of activities around the pool throughout the day and the entertainment in the evenings which was non existent apart from a singer or duet playing. As there were weddings and conferences happening throughout our stay, it felt like they were the main focus and we, the ‘normal guests’ were not the priority!
