Magnificent experience. Amazing people and a lovely hotel. The Indian cuisine was superb. Every night felt like visiting a boutique Indian restaurant. Service was brilliant with Karthik and Manoj the stand out performers. So much to love about the beach (with the most amazing sunsets) the pool and the general ambiance. Quality from start to finish.

I was staying at this hotel for the Soulpresso Summit. It was expensive and not worth the money at all. The rooms were just average though large. I had a sea side room with no view as the windows have wooden shutters. Surely they could have better curtains IF privacy was a concern. The hotel staff in the main coffee shop is totally inefficient and have no clue. The buffet lunch and dinner were terrible !! Worst food ever. The breakfast was the only decent meal. Not worth spending so much money on this property even if its an Accor hotel.

Great location, by the beach Rooms are small and tarrifs are on higher side for the rooms... (stayed in Oct). Rooms are clean but dated. Overall, food was good and restaurant staff was very attentive. Spl mention Manoj from the restaurant team who took great care of us .Room service was a little slow. The beach is clean and there are a few private shacks around the hotel. Hotel does not have any of their loungers placed by the beach.
