The staff were extremely polite, cooperative, and always available whenever we needed assistance. They were also very thoughtful in checking on us and making sure everything was going well throughout our stay. Any request we had was handled quickly, with prompt and efficient service. Their hospitality and attentiveness truly made our experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The overall stay was quite comfortable but few points to work on- 1. Water pressure in bathroom is quite less 2. There should be some space for dining which is air conditioned. The property lacks an air conditioned dining space which becomes problematic in the sweltering Goan weather.

Lovely stay here at Novotel. Gorgeous well kept grounds, lovely rooms, great air conditioning. Plenty of sun loungers. Impeccable staff, lovely warm welcome on arrival. Food was lovely, although I did order a steak that was very tough and only look warm. Had a wonderful meal at lunchtime at the beach eatery, was absolutely de-l-icious. Although it was closed in the evening, which was very disappointing. Got talking to a regular guest who told us they had a table reservation there as we spoke, having just spoke to the staff that was there when passing to have a drink at the beach bar and was told it was closed. Just in my opinion, everything should be open to every guest and not just guest's who they favour. There was another restaurant too, who after speaking to the same guest and another couple said you have to have a token to eat here. But then realised we where only there for 3 day's and you have to be there for a total of 7 to qualify for these tokens. We had a 2 centre stay, 4 day's in the North and 3 day's here (South), so in my opinion, I think you should still qualify for these tokens. Also, the hotel is very conference..........lot's of conference meeting's that where taking place, so the hotel wasn't that intimate, just in my opinion. But we did witness a wonderful Indian wedding, which was fabulous. Overall...........a fabulous stay, beautiful hotel with a fabulous beach location, and wonderful staff. These couple of issues are only in my opinion and what I prefere and wouldn't hinder me returning for a second. I just feel these couple of issues need to be addressed.
