Nice stay loved the property, well maintained & green... absolutely loved your beach- clean n well maintained... Found the food fine in the coffee shop, but most times it wasn't piping hot , the staff behind the counters did not cover the food and it went cold as the lids were removed... eg idli when cold is no fun The lunch which was served next to the hall where our retreat was on had no seating arrangement so it was very difficult to eat standing as there were so many of us & just 2 to 3 standing tables... Thank you

Overall experience was good but you need to work on lobby area and coffee shop as in summers its too hot to wait in the lobby and enjoy your meals in coffee shop. Felt bad for front office team as there is not fan or any sort of equipment to stop them from sweating.

Stayed for 3 nights. The experience was average. The bed was broken, the mattress was uncomfortable, food was average with limited options (never order their pasta). Restaurant staff wasn’t welcoming. The water supply stopped one morning. Only good part was the pool and the beach access.

Well maintained resort. Lots of open areas, garden and beach access from resort itself. Very convenient for families with kids as there are multiple things to do in resort for kids. I stayed for 2 nights at the property. While checking in, I was promised that I would've upgraded to a suite (as I am an accor gold member) on night 2 since on night 1 the property was fully booked. On day 2, I was told in the morning that they are preparing the room for me to move. But later went back on it and said that the suite rooms were booked on that day as well and did not upgrade me even when I was promised the same

We recently wrapped up a wonderful stay at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The lush surroundings, relaxing atmosphere, and warm hospitality made it a perfect vacation for our family. What truly made this trip extraordinary were the incredible arrangements the hotel made for our son’s 4th birthday. The special room decoration and cake were such a fantastic surprise—his face lit up instantly, and he was so excited and thrilled! A massive highlight of our stay was our daily dining at Seagull. The team there—Sarika, Akhilesh, Jelina, and Armaan—were consistently attentive, warm, and proactive. A very special shout-out to Armaan, who formed such a sweet friendship with our 4-year-old son. Seeing how comfortable and happy our son was around him made our mealtimes truly relaxed and special—something every parent deeply appreciates! We also enjoyed a fantastic evening at the Kebab restaurant, where Abuakbar looked after us with exceptional warmth and attentive service, ensuring every dish was served with care. At Reception, Alok was fantastic from day one—making check-in effortless and always being ready to assist with a welcoming smile throughout our 4 days. Thank you to the entire team at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia for making our family stay so memorable. We are leaving with great memories and can't wait to return!

I was in Goa for a week and since I have been a regular at novotel, Donna Sylvia so chose the same Stay again. Initial Couple of days were a bit of struggle due to a large crowd but the team on the ground under the leadership of the resident manager, Varghese turned it around completely and made it a very, very comfortable Stay. After experiencing the extraordinary culinary, very relaxing time at the spa and pool and overall lush screen, Hotel property, I can say I came back home refreshed. Thank you.

ALSO AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT WE CALL 2 TIMES AT RECEPTION COUNTER FOR COLLECT OUR LAUUAGE BUT NO ONE COME TO COLLECT OUR BAGS FOR CHECK OUT THEN WE WALKED WITH OUR LAUUAGE AND MAKE CHECK OUT. MAINLY I COME WITH MY SENIOR CITIZEN MOTHER AND I GOT THIS 3 BIG MAJOR DISCOMFORT FROM RESORT STAFF

The resort’s beautiful location, peaceful ambience and well-maintained surroundings provided an excellent setting for a relaxing family stay. I would like to extend my special appreciation to Ms. Ritika Sood, Novotel Chennai, who assisted us with the booking. Her support, coordination and courteous approach made the arrangements smooth and hassle-free. Her efforts are truly appreciated. I would also like to specifically acknowledge the General Manager, Front Office Manager and F&B Manager at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort. Their professionalism, personal attention and courteous interaction reflected the high standards associated with the Accor brand.A special word of appreciation also goes to the Front Office team, housekeeping staff, security personnel, restaurant team and all other members of the resort staff. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally polite, kind, helpful and genuine. The housekeeping service was very good, and the overall attention to guest comfort was commendable.   The food and dining experience was another highlight of our stay. The quality and taste were very good, and my family particularly enjoyed dishes such as Dal Multani, Lauki Halwa, Missi Roti, breads and pancakes. These were beautifully prepared and thoroughly enjoyed by my family. What impressed us most was the genuine warmth and courtesy of the entire team. The staff did not merely provide service; they made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Such personal warmth makes a significant difference to the overall guest experience.    I request Accor Management to kindly convey our appreciation to the entire team at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort, as well as to Ms. Ritika Sood at Novotel Chennai, for their efforts in making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
