We had booked one king-bed room for 2 people and one twin-bed room for 3 people, as the hotel mentioned that the room capacity could accommodate up to 4 guests. However, on arrival, we found that the twin beds in the room assigned for 3 people were quite small and not comfortable enough to accommodate all three guests properly. Additionally, the cleanliness of the first room on the day of arrival was not up to expectations, and the responsiveness to requests from the staff could have been much better. Although our room was changed the next day, the initial experience did affect our overall stay. That said, the best part of the property was definitely its beautiful location and the overall ambiance. The surroundings and atmosphere were truly relaxing and enjoyable, which made the stay pleasant despite the inconveniences.

My recent stay at Novotel Dona Sylvia was truly wonderful. The hotel is exceptionally clean, cozy, and filled with a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes it very easy to relax and feel at home. What touched me the most was how attentive and caring the staff were throughout my stay. They not only ensured my comfort at every step but also extended genuine warmth and hospitality that made the experience even more memorable. A few team members I had the pleasure of meeting personally were Geeta, the Guest Experience Manager; Vishaka, the Reservation Manager; Priyanka at the Front Desk; Dennis, the GM; and Alok. Their professionalism and kindness were highly appreciated. The Housekeeping and F&B teams also provided excellent service. Thank you to the entire team for the lovely hospitality. We went there for a mini honeymoon trip and the experience was beyond our imagination. Usually whenever you check in to a 5 star property, it is the usual nice room mundane breakfast and simple property, but the generosity of the staff with which they treated us, the cake the decor the upgradation of room and best part such cordial behaviour. We sincerely thank Mr Dennis D’Costa and the entire team of NGDSBR and special Mention to Mrs Sylvia and Mr Varun for arranging the best trip.

We had a good stay at the hotel, the hotel staff is warm, the restaurant staff is very warm as well. The isue that we faced - the requests on phone were not being taken care of promptly or not at all. For example, TV remote had issues and when we requested the person woudl not come at all or come very late, requests for A4 sheets for my kid to draw or play with ahd a few questions. One big dufferenc evs. Taj or Oberoi - if you call at any number they take care of it but here, we were asked to call soe other number.
