Overall, my stay was good. However, I was a little disappointed during check-in as I was neither offered a welcome drink nor greeted with a welcome garland. On a positive note, the recreation team member, Mr. Ritvik, was extremely helpful and kind throughout my two-day stay. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Siddharth for his assistance and support during my visit. One area that requires improvement is staff training regarding the DND (Do Not Disturb) procedure. Apart from that, I had a pleasant experience.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have celebrated our son’s first birthday at Mercure. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel welcomed and cared for. A heartfelt thank you to the reception staff, the managers, the waiters, and especially the chefs, who prepared every dish exactly as requested. The presentation was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious, exceeding our expectations. We stayed for two days, and throughout our stay, the rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and the housekeeping and overall service were consistently exceptional. Thank you to the entire Mercure team for going above and beyond to make our son’s first birthday a truly unforgettable celebration. This was our second visit to the resort. The villa was well appointed and comfortable, the staff were very attentive to our needs and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. I would highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.
