Starting from arrival till the complete 3 days of stay, it was pathetic. Calling multiple times for even a water bottle, fixing TV.

The stay was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The only concern was that the Elegance Suite I paid early check‑in for wasn’t available, so we had to use another room temporarily, with no adjustment in the charges.

During check-in promised a room on 4th floor and made us wait for an hour( even after explaining that we are tried after a long journey) and then gave us a room on lower floor and when we try to explain this issue to guest relations manager, he response was poor and resolution was unhappy. During checkout, billing took more than 20 mins and valet took more than 30 mins to get the car and finally when car has arrived there was no one to help with the luggage and there was no one to co ordinate.
