I had checked in on 29th June 2026 for 3 night stay. I had requested via email about 3 days in advance for a room on higher floor but when we reachhed hotel, we were provided room one floor down thw geound floor, facing the parking lot. On request to change, receprion staff showed hwlplessness but asked us to pay additional charge if we want to change room to higher floor. Reluctanrly, we had to pay Rs 5k extra. Rill date, I have not been given bill jnvoice for my stay, which is a standard practice across all hotela. Accor need to up their customer expereince service
