My stay at Novotel, Candolim has been extremely satisfactory and enjoyable. The property is the “best located 5star property” in North Goa. Besides the decor and the facilities are world class. But above all what impressed me the most was the professionalism and courteousness of the staff. Absolutely professional in their respective fields and just made us feel like family, like home. Kudos. I would like to mention few superstars here. Sohail - The RedBull.. the energy is unimaginable.. this man just keeps working through out Parvinder and Vipin - Most helpful and generous F&B staff I’ve met Manish - Housekeeping made us feel like our own home Anu & Naida - Kids’ fav didis .. kids still miss them Prativa, Sukamal, Mark, Asim, Vishal - in the dining area, the super hardworking lot Peter, Satya, Kaushtub - Kitchen Rulers Tanishka, Divya, Gabriel - Face of the Hotel, they will attract U like members of your own community and make U feel so comfortable that U won’t feel like U r in a stranger place Swimming pool and Gym staff (somehow not remembering the names) Overall the experience has been true 5star like always with Accor group Jai Hind Pratyush

The hotel is undoubtedly a great property and also centrally located thus it attracts loads of booking, however, the management in terms of couple of things like seating space at the restaurant, sufficient cutlery at the buffet, especially at the time of breakfast, no table service due to the place being over crowded and so on. If this is taken care of, the overall experience can be a 8.5/ 10

We had overall good experience as an stay but it got into disastrous when we came across snake in swimming pool. Snake almost touched and crossed on my stomach. That day i did not entered into pool side area.

This is a proper hotel for people who are used to a lot of noise, commotion and crowd.

The experience was quite pleasant but the only issue was they were understaffed and a lot of their staffed seemed like they were really burnt out with a lot of guests my recommendation is to visit this hotel during of season times so that you get a good experience out of it else the property was great they were a few short comes here and there but I wouldn't stay here again if given a choice.

Before I start anything else I wanted to give a huge shout out for the guy(forgot to ask his name) who was cleaning in charge of kids play room on 9th Nov evening. I cannot thank him enough for his help in my kids situation. I understand cleaning is his job but he did it with a smile, he went beyond his job in helping us and I am indebted to him for this. He is your best employee. There was one more incident which got unnoticed because it happened quickly in 30 seconds where the guy sitting with the fish tank saved a kid's life, mother of the kid did not realize that the kid should not go in adult's pool and kid started drowning I noticed this while coming out of the pool area bathroom. Mother of the kid was looking somewhere else and could not notice this. The guy sitting with the fish tank noticed this and jumped into the swimming pool to save kid's life , I think 15-20 sec delay in this situation would have resulted in very bad situation. Please give a shout out to the attentive pool staff. Now , the room was very cozy and I enjoyed my stay along with my family. The location of the hotel is excellent and great work by the valet staff who are able to manage the traffic on a busy day , it becomes hard when the location of the hotel is right on the busy public road. Great job there. Food was excellent and fresh , good that you include chicken xacuti, a little unconventional food for breakfast but I preferred it. Last but not least reception staff was very helpful and always ready to help. Overall, I understand that in post covid time there is a possibility that you guyz might be dealing with short staff situation etc, but the way you have are managing the hotel and making guests feel special says something about the industry, hotels like this are the real charm of hospitality world. I wish you guys good business :)

This was a very relaxing vacay for my family and I after a long time and the Novotel staff made every effort to make it a comfortable one. It was also my son's birthday week and Novotel helped with our surprise at the stroke of midnight. The room service was 24/7 with the hospitality comparable to the likes of JW Marriott and Taj Group. The cuisines, local and international, were just right for our palate. Oh! and how could I not mention the scrumptious and mouth watering chocolate mousse, those were to die for!! In terms of the room accommodations; the luxury room was adequate for a family of 4 which came equipped with a pull-out bed, perfect for kids between 3-9 years. A balcony view overlooking the pool and plenty of fresh sea breeze filling the room. The kids activities to engage every young mind and make their stay more enjoyable were some of the little things that went a long way in making my kids stay memorable. The housekeeping staff were prompt in their service as well and for the 6 days that we were there, every morning after breakfast we came back to a new room. My special Thanks to the staff who serviced our room on the 2nd floor of the luxury wing. I'm sure we will visit Novotel Goa again.

Hotel staff is friendly. I was attended by Divya who made sure during my 4days stay nothing is left unattended. The hotel is well placed in between Candolim & Calangute so not as much crowded compared to other beaches in North Goa. Its about 1 KM of walk to beach so well located in the centre of city with all amenities close by. If you want to enjoy good live music & karake this hotel is highly recommended.

Excellent services. Very good experience. Following could be improved. 1) Breakfast appears very mismanaged especially w.r.t. live counter. Variety also was very limited. I feel it can be managed better. 2) Deluxe rooms (or whatever the true name is) were a showdown with a very disappointing view. The staff justified that we are in residential area, hence there is no view. I believe that it was unfair and unjust that we were charges way extra (space sqft was bigger than ordinary room) for this room

We ran into multiple issues in a 3 day stay: 1. No water supply for almost 3 hours 2. Multiple phone instrument issues and hence unable to contact reception 3. Electrical issues in room as main lights were not working, this issue wasn't even fixed

Novotel Goa Candolim is a perfect place for families as well as young enthusiasts. The hotel is fantastic with lot of amenities and activities to keep children busy. I would suggest having a small library too and may be a bigger area for a Table tennis table. The swimming pool area was the highlight with wonderful slides and showers. The food was very nice and the service was very courteous. We were upgraded to luxury rooms which were very spacious. Overall wonderful time spent

Its one of the best properties to stay in Goa. The rooms are big in size with a big balcony & very clean & well maintained. Breakfast variety was a lot & tasty too. The F&B manager Mr. Pravinder & his collegue Mr. Vipin make u feel very comfortable with their excellent services. Also on the front desk Mr. Prajwal & Ms Akshata welcome you with their friendly behavior & take utmost care to make your stay most comfortable & delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Stayed here for our romantic vacation after a longtime due to COVID. Being an Accor member, was offered a room upgrade and that just made it more comfortable. Special shout out to Mr. Dhananjay, Ms. Manisha, Mr. Rakshit and Ms. Taniska at the front desk. Restaurant staff weren't as hospitable as the front desk staff were, but nevertheless we were treated well. The hotel is located at the heart of Candolim street accessible to local stores and car/bike rentals

The stay at the hotel was an average, Rooms were not all cleaned , had found cockroach in the room on my first night itself and the hotel staff had ensured that they will do pest control and ensure room is pest free, but on the next immediate night also I found other cockroach. The couch provided in the room was also stained. The reception people are not at all bothered for providing service or changing room on repetitive request also. Have to remind them that there no hand towels in the room etc. Only highlight will be Breakfast and Lunch which was awesome , they do provide variety of options.
