Very kind staff and warmly welcomed everywhere. Enjoyed all kinds of veg. cuisine at restaurant and guided by Ms. Anwesha, Madhu and other staff. The coffee co. Staff Mr Ajit guided us very well untill the last minute at hotel. In my future trips i would continue my stay preference with Novotel.

very unprofessional staff check in at 3 pm but given room at 3.45 with lot of struggle also lot of mosquitoes in room lobby not ac so difficult to sit in lobby for any guest meet overall not good

The hotel key cards stopped working on a daily basis which was inconvenient and the breakfast service was particularly chaotic. Otherwise the hotel was pleasant and the services were great!

Location was very good, but the services were average. The staff at the restaurant and pool area were the only people who look interested in attending you.

Liked the stay but each activity was not inbuilt and was asked to pay like the children'S. play area and arcade and the swimming tools....each activity had hidden charges which was asked to pay on spot and not include in final bill whixh was disappointing.

Entire front office staff is pathetic. They don’t know how to talk to guests . Either this hotel should be closed or front office to be changed immediately

The property is decent but lots of improvement needed in Customer service. The front reception is crowded and chaotic throughout the day. The customer services need lots of improvement. The breakfast section is overflowing with guests and no proper seating support is available from staff. They breakfast staff don't seem to bothered about guests.
