It was Awesome experience with Novotel Goa Candolim, Delicious breakfast, clean Rooms and good hospitality. Pool experience was excellent specially for kids.

Everything was well. Two things can be improved: Dental Kit was below avg - toothpaste sachet cannot be used a day, also there are better brands like Perfora, Marvis which can be kept. No change in breakfast menu for four straight days.

The Property is new and they have regular Bulk Bookings for some Event or Conference. They should have a dedicated desk for the check In/ Check Out of Bulk Bookings. We arrived at the Hotel at 01.30 PM but were checked in by 2.30 PM. Arjun and Jessicca were helpful to complete the check in. They have two wings. We stayed in One Wing and the Restaurant was in another wing/block. The Water in the Swimming Pool was salty. Better water quality can be used in the Pool. On the whole the Stay was comfortable.

Good for stay for travel not for business trip regarding for the transportation service not available only airport pickup available. For the business man you can forget this hotel and only Goamiles app working their or local taxi with cash.
