We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was very kind and attentive throughout our stay. Hotel is very neat & tidy, rooms are spacious & well maintained. Service is quick and staffs are really helpful. In whole property there was just one lady in play house area she was young and fair she was the only one rude otherwise all good. But one point I would like to highlight not only in this hotel but whole Goa hospitality they don’t trust their customers at all , they chase us every now & then to pay bill. We took boat service for my child in the hotel swimming pool even after paying whole amount thrice a lady came to my room for payment. Even after telling her we paid it we have shown our Paytm as week still again next day she came asking for money. One someone has booked your hotel paying 60-70k we won’t run away without paying 300rs. Secondly., breakfast & dinner there was no wow factor like being in Goa there was no mutton no grill fish our live counter for non veg items for all 5 nights. This part was disappointing and food is average in taste and quality .
