Spent 3 nights here in the first week of November this year. I had booked the rooms directly on the Novotel website with full advance payment. Did not book via third party websites. Mr. Hemanth at the reception was very welcoming and provided us with a complimentary upgrade on our room upon learning that it was our wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday during the period of our stay. Mr. Hemanth was very kind, courteous and helpful. Thank you sir for making our stay memorable. Things we liked: Wonderful location. Right on the main road and surrounded by shops, eateries, etc. Everything is withing a few minutes walk. The beach is also pretty close by if you take a short-cut through the narrow by-lanes. Reception staff was very courteous. Someone from the hotel called us almost every evening to check if our stay was going well and if anything could be improved. They also sent us a small cake for our anniversary and a couple of pastries on the last day of our stay. Swimming Pool: There are three pools. The one with the mini waterfall was my favorite. Standing under the falling water was so rejuvenating and relaxing. Food/drinks service at the pool is also very quick and pleasant. Breakfast: Very good spread and a wide variety of items across India, continental and Asian cuisines. The chef was very pleasant and asked us if we were having a nice stay at the property. Things that could improve: Service: Housekeeping service definitely needs improvement. Body wash / shower gel was nearly empty and I had to remind the housekeeping staff to replenish the body wash bottle in the bathroom. Used plates were also not taken away despite explicitly asking the housekeeping to clear the same. Staff at the breakfast area came across as anxious and took quite a bit of effort to get their attention. Please train them to notice when guests need something. Rooms: Lighting in the rooms are dull and it is quite dark post sunset. Brighter lights are definitely needed. The wash basin design is also very odd as water spills outside the basin and creates a mess around the basin. The bath area also tends to get clogged easily and take a long time for the water to drain.

We ate hapoy with iverall service and stay akanksha and shelly is good and polite we would love to visit agin soon ………….

Room service is really nice Hotel staff are very polite , beyond the staff , the hotel overall atmosphere created a sense of warmth and care , the hospitality provided by Ranjita and Rahul its really shone their attentiveness, the food quality of the restaurant square was outstanding specially the Goan kingfisher curry it was so tasty , breakfast spread was so good , throughout my stay the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during every dining , for example when I mentioned for early flight they packed breakfast for me at the time of checkout thanks Ranjita for great hospitality
