The team in Novotel Candolim is the best i have ever seen in any of the hotels. They take such good care of you. Specially Rahuldev and shubha from the restaurant team took such good care of our sick son. He was teething at that time. Provided everything for him to eat what we asked for as our son feel sick on our second day in Goa. He wasn't eating anything but the team took effort and provided what we asked. We stayed for 5 days and Rahuldev everyday made sure to ask about our son. I would like to mention the housekeeping team also. Such a good team. Our stay at Novotel Candolim i would say by far the best just beacuse their team made all the efforts to make our stay comfortable. Would love to come and stay here again. All the 5 stars for the team. Ofcourse the hotel is nice as well but it is the team who make the guests comfortable and happy ❤️

I stayed at Novotel Goa Candolim for 5 days, and we had a very good experience at the property, especially with the food and service. The breakfast buffet had a great spread and tasted delicious. The restaurant staff were very kind and helpful, and they never said no to anything. We also had a couple of drinks by the poolside, and the bartender prepared a nice cocktail for us, it was very refreshing. The in-room dining service was also quick and efficient.
