Rooms are really in dilapidated condition. Service need to be enhanced, housekeeping supervisor really need to gear himself/ herself up. Just imagine I was all wet under the shower and there is no shower gel. Faucets are leaking and made my cloths completely wet. Food was really terrible.

There were delay in everything Getting rooms. Rooms cleaning We ordered plates and cutlery just that took 50 mins. The staff is not responsive. Pool was not operational. We booked property so that we can chill in pool but that didn't happen. There were Lizard in the lobby. Not at all a good stay experience

The service is very slow. No matter for what you call them, be it for room service or just to get the laundry back. They will definitely take an hour to fulfill it. I mean in case of food it is accepted that it takes time to cook but even for laundry and even if I have asked for a dental kit and a water bottle, they took an hour to give it. The other person might have died cuz of thirst 😂
