Ibis Styles was kind enough to give me early check-in and check-out. Good rooms, good AC, 2 pools, and an overall chic atmosphere. However, the breakfast spread was disappointing. I stayed for 3 nights and 2 times I saw the same items repeated. The 3rd day there was a slight change, but that's it. Dosa tasted different and tea was abysmal all 3 days.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. In my opinion, the property is primarily designed to provide basic accommodation and a place to sleep, so I would not recommend expecting a luxury experience. Considering the facilities and level of service, I found the hotel to be overpriced and somewhat overhyped for its price range. The biggest concern, however, was the service. The staff clearly need better training in basic hospitality and guest privacy. Even simple requests, such as getting a bottle of water or an electric kettle, took around 25–30 minutes to arrive. This is particularly disappointing considering that my stay was during the off-season, when the number of guests was relatively low. There are also no DND (Do Not Disturb) tags, and staff members knock on the door in the morning for room cleaning. More concerningly, if there is no response, they may use the master key and enter the room without first confirming whether the guest is inside. If a guest does not open the door, it should not automatically be assumed that the room is vacant—they could simply be sleeping or resting. Guest privacy and basic hospitality standards should be taken much more seriously. This is my genuine experience and honest feedback. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and provides proper service training to its staff. Overall, a very disappointing experience. For the price being charged, I expected a significantly better level of service and hospitality.

I stayed at ibis Calangute Goa from 3rd August to 14th August, and overall, it was a very nice and pleasant stay experience. The property is beautiful, with lovely pool and garden views from all the rooms. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very well maintained, which is particularly impressive considering the property is almost 10 years old. The rooms offer good enough space for 1–2 guests. However, for 3 adults, the room can feel a little congested. For long-staying guests, I feel the rooms could benefit from a little more storage space, as the wardrobe is quite small. The Front Office and F&B teams were consistently courteous, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality really added to the overall experience. I would like to extend my special thanks to a few team members whom I remember: Mr. Murari and his entire Front Office team: Manasvi, Sandip, Soham, Barsha, Sahid, Gaurav & Sahrif. Mr. Mahendra and the entire F&B team: Neeraj, Ajesh, Ravuil, Sahid, Chef Naresh Joshi, Chef Gopal & Chef Manish. Mr. Sanjeev and the Housekeeping team: A special thanks to the room attendant as well, although unfortunately I don't remember his name. We had a comfortable stay in Ibis. I liked the breakfast spread and the room overall had a cosy feel. Just that the bed sheet had yellow stains on it so I had to call the cleaning staff to get it replaced. I think things like these should be checked before hand.

We, as a group of six families, stayed here a few weeks ago, and our overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. The reception team welcomed us with warm smiles, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms, as well as the entire property, were neat, clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner buffets, and the variety and quality of the food were outstanding. A special appreciation to the kitchen team for their excellent efforts. Our only suggestion is regarding the in-room dining service. The menu prices seemed quite high compared to the portion sizes, and we felt the value for money could be improved. Compared to the restaurant dining experience, we were not fully satisfied with the in-room dining. Apart from this, everything else was excellent. We stayed 4 nights at IBIS Styles in Calangute. The resort is well kept and very well located. The room was good and well housekept and comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast buffet which was sumptuous and elaborate.
