Sorry for the late review but I honestly thought I'd done it. We stayed here in March 2025 and are only a couple of weeks from coming back, so to me that says a great deal. If it was bad we'd have stayed elsewhere. The rooms were clean and decent and the staff were very kind. There was a few guests complaining while we were there but they were laughing around the pool about the compensation they intended to claim. We found our stay to be very good. The breakfast buffet had very few English foods but Bacon, baked beans and fried eggs or omelette could be ordered. Only criticism was no orange juice. Always seemed to have watermelon juice, and I hate watermelon lol 😆 no big deal I got some from the supermarket. We only stayed 2 weeks last year and this time we have chosen 3 weeks and have every intention of returning at least once a year.

Would not even stand as 2 star based on how the room was Although property was huge, had pools and amenities

The room quality was poor — very basic, worn out, and definitely not what you expect even from a budget brand. The space felt cramped, maintenance was lacking, and overall comfort was missing. It did not feel fresh or welcoming at all. Location aside, the stay experience was below average and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay in Goa.

I had made booking directly though ibis website. Not good experience as have to made multiple call and request to give 1 extra blanket, wait for atleast 30-40 min for water bottle to be delivered at room. Not given offer on food, and beverages mentioned in confirmation mail sent by hotel.
