Staff was good. But 1. Bed joined 2 single mattress instead of one single queen bed mattress. Not comfortable. 2. Bathroom drain was not draining. Requested cleaning staff but no improvement.

However service is not upto the standards. Anything which we were ordering from room had to wait for 2 hours sometimes 6 hours to get any service available at your hotel. During breakfast also is not manageable at your end. Managers also fighting, yelling at staffs.

Experience is very bad . We waited almost 3.30 hours for check in . Reception representative staff behaviour was not satisfactory I traveled with 2 years old baby , we reached hotel at 12.10 . Not a proper arrangements for check in , even the answers from reception was not properly. Firstly they said room be ready in 20 mins . And so n so . It took 2 hours and than same answer . At last my wife reach to reception lady she answered that your payment is not done that's why we not providing your room .for this they take my almost 3 hours and after at 3.10 they done my payment and they allowed me at 3.20 PM . My baby is hungry , sleepy and tired . First time from Accor Group i experienced messy

Poor and delayed service regarding everything, starting from chekin to asking for water or plate or anything i had to call 5 times and ask them, some time it used to get delivered some times it does not. Rooms are also little older side, refrigerator did not even turned on. Electricity was shutting off very frequently during night and every time it shut off you have manually switch on the ac again there was no remote. If you ask me i will never go back there.
