Check in was a long wait even after being an Accor member. Room initially allocated were wrong. Had booked a twin bed room got a queen room. Changing took time Room keys of the new room were not working. Tv was not working. No water in the washrooms. Room door would close, issues with the lock. Ordered brownie through room service, were soo hard and overcooked that the spoon broke while trying to eat it. The replacement was the same. Options in breakfast were limited and food was bad. Hotel staff had lots of attitude. Pathetic hotel and pathetic restaurant.

Value for money stay for a day for 3 rooms. Lunch buffet and Breakfast could have been managed better. Too much of people, few items got over, spoons were missing in some of the buffet items leading to people using the same spoon on different dishes.

It was amazing stay over here. Well maintained. Staff if very courteous & helpful. Rooms with all amenities. All rooms are swimming pool facing with balcony. Perfect location. Food was amazing. Breakfast spread is really good. There are 3 swimming pools in this property. My daughter enjoyed alot. Seperate kids play area is avail. So many toys are there. Very child friendly. Huge & proper covered parking available. Room service is very quick.
