The location may not be ideal, but the property offers a comfortable stay for the price paid. The food quality in the restaurant is reasonable, and the pool area is satisfactory. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and accommodating. However, there appears to be a noticeable absence of senior management within the resort. This has resulted in certain basic requests requiring multiple follow-ups, as we often found ourselves guiding staff on necessary actions. While this does not reflect negatively on the operational staff, it highlights a lack of effective leadership within the property. Younger team members would significantly benefit from structured guidance and comprehensive training to enhance their skills and service delivery. Additionally, there is a lack of attentive housekeeping, particularly in the corridors outside the rooms. During our four-day stay, the carpet was consistently dirty, with meal trays left out for extended periods and bits of litter remaining on the floor. This oversight further underscores the need for stronger management oversight and attention to detail in maintaining the property’s standards.

Good location, needs urgent refurbishment

Was actually a book out from ibis Vagator, came to me a big surprise but the stay in calangute was average. The location at the hotel is a plus point but the rooms are quite outdated need urgent refurbishment. The staff at the reception and the parking are very friendly.
