I had inform explicitly about kids package booking. Had to take multiple follow ups as if I was asking something for free. After multiple follow ups a book and pencil was provided saying this is a welcome gift after 2 days.

I'm still fuming thinking about my stay at Ibis Styles Goa. Upon check-in, I was shocked to find my room in a used condition - towels were hanging, sand was everywhere, and opened bottles and used toiletries were lying around 🤢. I had to make 6-7 calls to report the issue, and even after inspection, it took multiple calls to get the room changed. The new room was okay, but the damage was already done. The breakfast service was appalling - no respect for guests, and they were pushing us to give ratings. When we refused, they showed nasty faces 🙄. Toiletries were never refilled, and I had to wait 20 minutes for shower gel and shampoo during my bath. Honestly, this is the worst Ibis I've ever stayed in my life. The lack of service and attention to detail is mind-boggling. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had a great stay at Ibis Calangute and would happily recommend it, especially for female solo travelers. The hotel feels safe, well-organized, and thoughtfully laid out, with a separate building for the kids’ play area, which keeps the main spaces calm and relaxed. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was truly exceptional—spotless rooms every day. I also really appreciated the excellent gym, which is a big plus when traveling. IBIS style Calangute is a great facility, green and clean. Seating area, kids playing area, swimming pool area well maintained. Dining area is nice with ample space and staff is very polite. You get assistance during parking in/out your car. Rooms are clean and fresh. Breakfast was awesome!!
