All went great but - One of the main reasons to stay in a lux hotel was the pool, somehow the hotel failed to highlight that it won’t be accessible spoiling lot of the kids fun. The Breakfast fare though vast didn’t impress much To cover lack of pool something more could have been but no effort made.

The staff made our stay so pleasurable. Big shout out to Yogan, the property manager. She is sensitive, kind and extremely special for the hotel. She helped in every small and big way. Avi in the restaurant was kind and made my wife so comfortable. The chef Asid, prepared healthy food to specification. The therapist Peldon in the spa was extremely good. More mentions for Toli and Phalguni. You have a good property, with world class spa and fitness Center. But your main strength is your staff. Don’t lose them esp. Yogan and Avi.

Have stayed earlier also but this time the experience was not to the mark. Plastic glasses in the room and jam bottles in buffet was not appealing and dint understand what kind of precautions were those. Thought it was just to save a small change by the hotel which was absolutely not necessary for its brand and reputation. Swimming pool being closed was another negative with the kids.Rather could have given slots to guests to use it as other hotels did.

The property is built really well with all facilities tied up to each other. The lawn area with pool and restaurant nearby is really good and relaxing. Location is also nice with a market just outside.

Overall disappointing experience. Quality of food in restaurant and room service was way below par. Nothing was good. Service slow even during non rush hours. Room service person forgot the order and finally took over 45min to get a sandwich. Reception staff not aware of even card payment acceptance. Even stopped shuttle to beach restaurant
