The guest relations team needs to get their act together for a pleasant customer experience. I have discussed this feedback with Vicky. The person who checked me in did not follow up on my check-in request demonstrating zero responsibility. I would like to call out Linda, Sandeep, and the housekeeping team for their excellent service though. They were stellar. The place is nice - gives you an old world, Goan feel.

Amazing property and amazing staff. We were a group of 300 people and they are always around helping us. Chef pradeep, Linda, Subhadra, shambhavi, zeeba, nabajit, prasenjit, shailendra, swapnil, and every staff i interacted. Superb job !! Special thanks to Uday and the GM Sachin. Thanks a lot 🙏
