We stayed for 4 nights and I must say the management was very chaotic, there was a conference during that time in the hotel, it felt like we were at a fish market and for our breakfast and lunch buffet we felt like we are at a bhandara, after paying so much money the services were not even at par with 2 start hotel

Everything about this hotel is bad. The keys didn't work and maintenance had to be called, aur conditioning didi not work for more than 24 hours, the building is dated and in bad shape. All in all those hotel shouldn't not be a Novotel. It should be some low grade motel.
