Just like an ordinary stay. Nothing felt like wow. Pool requires some maintenance. No early check in accommodated. Room service took time. Didn’t feel like a 5 star property. Amenities for children which the property boasts of are primarily paid.

Had a great stay. The location is excellent, pool area is fantastic. Lots to do with family. The staff is very warm. Especially the guy at the front desk (name starts with P), the guy at the Chy lounge (dont know his name) and one guy in the restaurant (dont know his name). All of them made our stay fantastic.

Attended 3GPP meeting. The hotel staffs are very cooperative and supportive. The room facilities are good. Had delicious breakfast and lunch for the entire 7 days and social events dinner as well. Proximity to Candolim beach and other shop is a plus. I had challenge in the meeting room wherein the central a/c reached 17 degree and some guest wearing jacket when switched on and no control to increase, switching off leads to suffocate & sweat, I forced to remove the coat for the entire week. Also, boardroom sound system is so bad that the remote participant speech could not reach the room.
