One of my best stay at hotel is Novotel Resort and Spa.The staff is really helpful and supportive.They are always Smiling and welcome you with warmth,you will feel like you are staying at your home.Special mention to Ms.Prachi who has taken our checkin,she is one of the best person I have met.She will always help you with your requests.

The stay was very comfortable we had a good time at the hotel. The checked was so well done Linda and Nelly at the reception was of a great help the room was good the staff are helping and food is delicious had a good time we will come back to this hotel

Was a good stay but felt that rooms and amenities were a less than Novotel standards look and feel of rooms needs to be improved atleast for this property. Overall a good stay great food and hospitable staff
