Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and that's why I'm giving the hotel a good rating. The only reason I'm not giving a full 10/10 is because of my experience during checkout. I requested a late checkout until 1:00 PM—just one hour beyond the standard checkout time of 12:00 PM—due to an unexpected work meeting that I couldn't postpone. Since the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, I was hoping this small request could be accommodated. Unfortunately, my request was declined, and I was asked to check out by 12:30 PM instead. While I completely understand that hotels have policies regarding checkout times, I was disappointed with the way the request was handled. The staff member I spoke to over the phone came across as discourteous, which made the interaction feel unpleasant. I believe a more polite and empathetic response, even if the request could not be accommodated, would have made a significant difference to my overall experience.

The property feels quite dated and is not well maintained. The TV in our room wasn’t working, and several electrical switches were also non-functional. We ordered a pizza that was extremely disappointing in terms of taste, especially considering it cost around ₹1,000. During our stay, we also experienced multiple power cuts, which further affected the overall experience. The only highlight of the property was the pool area, which was well-maintained and included a jacuzzi.
