I am surprised with so many good reviews. Its was a horrible and torturous experience for us. Kindly avoid this property at any cost and opt for others nearby like Hyatt or other Novotel. Right from check in to check out our disastrous experience never ended. We are so annoyed and upset that after booking Elegance Suite during NYE period we were treated so poorly and horribly. Even after complaining there had no acknowledgement, no remorse and no apology. Absolute shame! There are few good things too like security staff, concierge desk, game room guy and girl (just 1) other one not, the barman. But too many bads over goods. We will never visit again. Very shocking from Novotel brand. Bones in food, hair in food etc etc.

We stayed for 4 nights ( 31st Dec to 4th Jan) Following are my disappoint points 1. Even after aligning prior, no extra bed was provided 2. 31st was my wedding anniversary, and requested for some gesture or room upgrade but unfortunately no one even greeted us 3. Breakfast spread is not great 4. Pool was not maintained properly 5. Furniture worn out 6. We went to Goa on 31st with lots of expectations that being 4* property, hotel would have arranged few entertainment programs / events on year end eve but disappointed again 7. Pool tiles were broken and my son got injured in Jacuzzi area 8. No mini bar for 4* property? 9. Toiletries were not upto the standards
