Dear Shraddha j., Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your stay with us. While we are pleased to know that you enjoyed the overall stay, the room service, and the birthday cakes, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused during your arrival. We understand how disappointing it must have been to experience a delay of approximately 1.5 hours in accessing your room, especially while travelling with a toddler. The manner in which your concern was addressed by our team also falls short of the warm and supportive hospitality we strive to provide. We are equally sorry that the confirmed room decoration could not be arranged as expected, resulting in additional inconvenience for you. Your feedback has been noted and will be reviewed with the concerned teams to ensure better coordination and communication going forward. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding extending the operating hours of the kids' play area and opening the swimming pool earlier in the morning.
