Well maintained & big property. Rooms are well maintained..The staff is extremely courteous and would like to specially mention Zeba for her promptness and willingness to assist on every aspect. One can surely plan a stay.

We had a lovely stay at Novotel, Resort & Spa. The rooms were very clean & very comfortable. The staff was amazing. Special mention for duty manager, Susan. From giving us a warm welcome to making us feel homely.... she made our stay so comfortable that will make us come back to the same hotel. She is very jolly & friendly. Also zeba, the sales manager, was very friendly & hosted us well.

Our stay at Novotel was below the standard. The hotel (including rooms and we had 6 rooms) is NOT well maintained. The exterior is shabby and old. Some of the rooms are neglected (include mirrors with spots, broken WC). We've stayed at Novotel properties in other places and this is certainly not at per at which they operate. Furthermore, the service(room service as well as front office) was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed untrained, at times rude,  unable to understand the most basic requests. They were not able to allocate a room when we arrived at the hotel (at 12:30pm), neither they could tell us when the room will be available. They told us that they will inform over the phone, but we did not get any call till 4:00pm! Finally we got our room after 4:00 pm (reception staff gave us a feeling that they did a favor by allocating a room after 4:00 pm!).This is despite informing them well in advance about our arrival plan which was acknowledged. The way front office staffs handled us is absolutely shocking and we started with a very negative experience. Overall, staff seemed very inexperienced and definitely need training about making their attitude positive towards the guest. The only highlight of our trip at the resort was Prasanjit, he manages one of their restaurants and was extremely helpful during these tough times. He helped us promptly and was one of the only reasons why we managed to have a decent stay at the hotel. The resort is beautiful, just invest in your rooms, exteriors and staff, please. Don't expect users to pay a high price but live in a shabby broken room and poorly maintained property, Hope this feedback is taken positively to actually improve the service!
