Overall, we were satisfied with many aspects of the experience, and we had a guest list of 53 attendees. However, one significant issue impacted the overall impression. Several of our guests did not receive their rooms until after 5:00 p.m. While I appreciate that some rooms were made available before the standard check-in time, waiting over four hours past the expected check-in is not acceptable, particularly when managing a large group and coordinated event schedule. On a separate note, while service was running smoothly earlier in the day and I had expressed appreciation to the team, senior management was available to receive positive feedback. However, when I requested to speak with the General Manager at approximately 4:00 p.m. to address the room delay concerns, he was unfortunately unavailable. During large group bookings, visible leadership presence during operational challenges is extremely important.
