Overall stay was good. However, had a bad experience on the day of check out. As I had half-board booking, and did not had the dinner on the prev day, wanted to have lunch. I was asked to take the buffet and when I was asking for few dishes as hardly there were any other than few rice items roti and all gravy items, one of the Accor member came to me and said the buffet will be chargeable for me. I clearly mentioned that I took half board and the day I checked-in it was 10 pm and started my first day meal from the afternoon/nextday. However, the guy who was talking to me carelessly answered that there is no meal available on the checkout date. I was so embarrassed by hearing this and went on to check in the reception. I was comfortable talking to that member at reception and he tried explaining that as per policy there will be no meal served on last day. However, in my case as I checked in late on first day, he had asked me to take the meal. Appreciate his gesture towards the member. However, overall, I felt very bad with the last days experience.

Overall stay was good. What made special was staff at Novotel Panjim. Let me mention few who were outstanding Lokam, Noang, Yogesh all 3 were wonderful. They r very good with kids as well..

What’s good here? Location right next to fountainhas Panjim Clean rooms Nice interior Breakfast best What’s bad ? Showers not draining Sockets for iron was not working AC is not strong I will still stay but recommend they check rooms for issues before giving to customers A 10 point check should be there like ac / drainage / sockets

Very nice stay. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Food quality is very good. Breakfast is very nice. Plenty of verities are there. Located at central in panjim. Staff is very polite. Overall awsome.
