This was our second time here & like earlier, the stay was very comfortable. The staff here is excellent - right from check-in to the restaurant & around, everyone is so courteous & efficient that we honestly don't mind being back again!

We requested for some medicines in the midnight and the team was initially dismissive to help untill I beg them. We requested for bowl to take steam as we were having bad cold and I was given a bowl in which I can have tomato soup. Everyone at reception seems to have came directly from college, very poor service and inexperienced I felt I was staying in 1 star hotel

The overall stay was very comfortable. The hotel is well located in Panjim - a short walk to the centre of all the action (for most active people). The restaurants are a little overpriced with 7/10 food. We did ask many times for a third bed to be set up in our 2-room suite howeber even though we had a very late check in this did not occur and had to be requested again once in the room. considering there was obviously 3 persons in the room, for the forst 2 days we had to always ask for an extra set of towels to be brought up (as well as an extra coffee cup and glass for water etc). We had a coffee-pod machine for which they always left 1 normal & 1 decaf pod - again, had to keep asking every day for extra coffee pods (which they gladly obliged). The TV in the room had not had it's software updated for months and so the Tata remote did not work oj either TV. We had to call maintenance who also could not isolate the problem and had to leave us with a LG remote instead so that we could access some programs on the TV (but not what we could have accessed on the Tata box). I spent over an hour updating the LG TV software so that we could finally connect our phones to the TV and watch come content - not what I would expect from a fairly new Novotel. Overall, a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The service just needs a little fine tuning :)
