From the check-in itself, I was very warmly treated at the hotel. The property itself is well-located, and although it sits in a business square, it's just a short walk from probably the most beautiful area of Goa – the Fontainhas/Latin Quarters, which I feel deserves much more attention. It's also very well connected with the rest of Goa through all modes of transport, if required. From the lobby itself, the hotel felt grand, and I had a nice Goan customary welcome from the staff, which was a very sweet gesture. Ms. Riya ensured that the check-in process was very smooth and quick, while also giving a brief overview of the hotel and the amenities & services offered. I was also recognised for being an ALL Gold Member, which further elevated the welcome experience for my family. The room was probably the most beautiful hotel room I have stayed in so far, with fresh colours and sharp furniture. The novelty of this hotel reflects in the room interior, and I deeply appreciate it. The room was comfortable and functional at the same time, a great blend of clean design with modern fittings. The room and common areas were impeccably maintained throughout our stay, which further enhanced the overall experience. Every time I had a question, the reception team helped me quickly and crisply, and all service was super fast. I had a few ALL redemptions, which were also smoothly handled by the staff (apologies as I don't remember the names), and I appreciate their knowledge and patience throughout the process. The Food Exchange was amazing, from the ambience to the selection of food options at the breakfast and dinner buffets, while also delivering great taste across all the items. Ms. Priti hosted us very well during our dining experience. The Gourmet Bar also served great food & drinks, and we had a great experience there as well. The nearby areas of Panjim were also very pleasant for leisurely strolls, and every time we left and entered the hotel, even the security team at the main gate was very warm and hospitable, assisting us with a swift security check at every entry. Towards the end of the stay, the checkout was also very smooth, with quick card authorisation, making the entire process effortless. I would like to again recognise and appreciate the entire team for hosting our stay, and also mention Ms. Riya and Ms. Neha for making our checkout experience easy and memorable. I would like to once again thank all the teams-the security team, reception team, housekeeping team, restaurant teams, and the backend Accor ALL team-for making our stay at Novotel Goa Panjim so hospitable and memorable. I will certainly recommend this property to my friends and colleagues travelling to Goa for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.
