The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, setting a great tone for the entire stay. One of the standout aspects of my experience was the food. Chef Ranjit deserves special appreciation for curating an outstanding culinary experience. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. The attention to detail in both taste and presentation truly reflects his expertise. The entire chef team was equally impressive. Binoy, Abhishek, Rohit, and Ankita ensured that every need was taken care of promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly approach made the stay even more enjoyable and personalized. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, equipped with all modern amenities. The overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing and premium. I would highly recommend Hotel Grand Mercure to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with excellent food and outstanding service. I look forward to visiting again soon.

the resort location is very beautiful, its out of the main markets, it would be very convenient if you have your own vehicle or ready to spend on local transport, the rooms in Aguada wings looked very impressive, we stayed in Tiracol wing which also had beautiful mountain views from upper floors, the room had decent interiors with balcony attached and bathroom was also very large, the staff were very polite and responsive, specially Ms Anita at reception and Mr Austin the bar tender who was very good in making cocktails. this place is for peaceful holidays and we enjoyed very much.

We stayed there for 3 nights in total (13-16th). The other two nights were booked from my wife’s account. On the first night, we both woke up in the middle of the night scratching our bodies and we then checked and saw that the bedsheet was not clean and called the housekeeping in the middle of the night to change the same( I even have images of the bedsheet and the rashes on our skin if needed as a proof). Apart from this whenever we called for any sort of room service (water bottles or glasses majorly), there would be long time before we would actually receive it and on couple of occasions we did not even receive the requested item. By the second day, we made our peace with it that our request may or may not be fulfilled.
