The rooms looked nothing like the pictures posted to the Accor ALL app, significantly smaller and lower quality than advertises. The plunge pool consistently malfunctioned and had loose panels on the side which are a massive safety hazard for toddlers. There were also no security barriers for the pool so a child can drown very easily. The staff need significant uplift in their knowledge and hospitality skills if this is actually a 5 star property. Our experience suggests even a 4 star rating would be very generous. Save your money or invest it on a better stay at other hotels within its vicinity. 2/10, do not recommend.

I had stayed there for 3 days in two different type of rooms, one with jacuzzi was perfectly located with scenic views. I had few concerns earlier which was immediately rectified and taken care by the manager Mr.Nagaraj once it was brought to his notice. Till the check out my experience with points redemption and airport transfers were taken care with proper attention. My request on decors were fulfilled since my stay was on a special occasion. Overall I would recommend this place for the location and view along with supportive staffs who were accommodating all our requests.
