Firstly I would like to Thank you to Ms. Pipasa to help me with super early check-in as I arrived hours before the check-in time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great and was in a good location.

Pro: Restaurant staff is v warm Cons: 1) Property does not feel like a 5 star. Small lobby, extremely small elevator, a non-happening pool and no place to walk in the property. 2) Poor maintenance: room upkeep was bad with soiled cushions, rusted boards, fridge and safe not working. 3) Housekeeping: something or the other was missing from the room everyday (towels, toiletries, water, etc) 4) My wife got severe bug bites on her arms and legs while staying here. No action taken even after complaining. 5) You need a car to stay at this property. Beach is far and this is on top of a small hillock.

The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the main candolim street. The staff is hospitable and helpful. Shoutout to Vineet and Satyajit in the restaurant who were calm and smiling through the breakfast chaos. They remembered how my wife and I had my coffee and eggs which adds a personal touch to the experience and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Mr. Pratik was truly concerned with the quality and comfort in the room. I requested a softer pillow and even though the pillows were standard throughout the hotel, he managed to source a softer one and send it across. I reached a couple of hours early and they were gracious enough to offer me an early check in. Mr. Ameya, the GM, is a pleasure to interact with and helped us immensely when we wanted to extend our stay. He also helped us out with places to explore and dine which was a great help. You can definitely notice that the hospitality standards extend from the top, down. We initially had the plunge pool suite. The room is spacious and the pool is great to relax in. My only feedback is that the pool should have a heating function as it was quite cold in the evenings to fully enjoy the experience. The height of the separation between the balconies of two adjoining rooms could be increased as the kids in the other balcony kept standing and looking over the separation and just standing and staring which was quite awkward. We shifted to the jacuzzi suite on our last day which is enormous and very comfortable. The jacuzzi is heated, very comfortable and the highlight of our stay. I thank Mr. Ameya for assisting us in making that possible. The food is delicious and quantities are fair. Parking is available on the property with valet service. I look forward to visiting the property again and I’m sure I’ll have the same experience.
