The overall quality of the rooms was below expectations and can best be described as average. More concerning was the condition of the property, as there were visible signs of fungus and black mould on the walls, which is unacceptable for a hotel of your brand standards. Additionally, the breakfast experience was highly disappointing. Both the variety of the menu and the quality of the food were significantly below expectations and did not meet even the standards of a typical four-star hotel. On the service front, the only positive experience was with the bar staff member, who appeared professional, served good beverages and hookah, and even made an effort to address our concerns by involving the chef. Apart from this, the reception staff was average and did not demonstrate the level of service expected from a property of this stature. Overall, the property requires substantial improvement to align with the reputation and quality associated with the Accor Group and the Grand Mercure brand.
