Room had cob webs, stains. Didnt expect that from an Ibis. I have stayed in multiple hotels and those didnt have such issues.

The location of the hotel is nice, but the room service is really poor secondly the staff only provide single room key whcih causes issues as the lift also operation with card.So everty time we have requst the staff for the entry in the lift. I requested for GST Invoice at the time of checkout bt they were unable to change the name in the billing and confirmed that they will share the same over mail, but the checkout was done on 6th of april but till date i havent received any mail from the hotel side. no one is picking up the call number mentioned on the google maps.

We had requested all six rooms to have a poolside view, and we have an email confirmation for the same. However, upon check-in, only two rooms were poolside, three were on the opposite side, and one was on a different floor. We are disappointed with this arrangement, and the front desk was not particularly supportive in addressing or resolving the issue.
