But your restaurant servise is worst i called them several times they did'nt pick up the call even when i contacted reception they also did'nt helped me. Rest stay was good.

Good Hotel with good room size, bed is also very comfortable, restaurant is big enough and very beautifully designed, pool is not big not too small, reception area is small, have a good space for parking, cons is some rooms are very far from elevator because of the building design, i had to ask the hotel for mini bar included in my voucher as hotel was not pre-informed for same even after booked directly from accor app, food taste is good, service is little slow, hotel staff is well behaved and smiling

I was pleasantly surprised by this Ibis Styles— unlike many other Ibis hotels in India, this one truly stands apart. Room was alloted late. It was not cleaned properly. The staff at the hotel are slow and non-responsive. Also house cleaning is practically non-existent. Plates and items lying outside rooms for days. Not how any guest wants to see stuff lying outside rooms. But the restaurant staff are excellent. Prompt service and response. Great food options. Give them a raise.
