The moment we entered the hotel everything felt so right, staff was nicee and cooperative. Ambiance was excellent, property is so nicely done, interiors feel so premium. This is my second stay at this property in the last one year and this time we stayed for 5 nights and we loved our stay. The property has a chic vibe and the whole staff are very friendly and welcoming and one more plus point is the location of the property 10 minutes walk to the famous Chapora Party lane and vegator beach and lot of Night clubs and famous cafes. Can't recommend more.

Same as last reservation PPGPDWMR, no recognition of status, low floor room at extreme end given even after requesting pool view atleast high floor. We even asked for adjoining rooms for friends who were coming after 2 days and that was blatantly ignored too. Vagator is a party place but my room was near the garden and alternate days between 8am and 11 am they would mow the lawn with an extremely lound lawnmower. I am sure nothing would happen cause last time also I was told next time we would take care. Seems like repeated line shifting the accountability to next time cause staff would rotate completely and they can again dodge basic responsibility. I am sure this feedback is also useless and would be thrown in the bin.

Linda was exceptionally kind to us and ensured we have a lovely time during our stay. She was generous to convey the Room Service regarding our specific needs with regard to our 5 yr old. Preeti and Mirza at the Restraunt were guys who has immense patience and professionalism to tolerate my daughters tantrums.Just Kidding. Suraj does make the best cocktails in the world and Rounak is the best company u can get.
