Firstly when we reached the property. The man outside didn’t even take the bags and I personally had to do it in night. Later even at breakfast no one did the proper service and had to pick everything with the baby in hand. Last stay a tear back was really nice. But this time felt like there are just trainee temporary employees.

I waited 45 mins for baggage to come to my room. Finnally i had to carry baggage myself to the rooms. I had asked to clean the room. It was not cleaned when i came back

We only had a satisfactory stay here. We found the service, especially with getting food incredibly slow. We waited 1 hour for a ceaser salad and nearly 45 minutes just to get a drink (a beer). It wasn’t even busy. Cleanliness of the rooms were not great, house keeping was nice but we believe they haven’t got adequate equipment such as a vacuum (they only have dustpan and brush). There is some slight mould in the room that needs to be sorted. Reception were very polite but I feel that they need more training regarding the local area. I asked about local taxi prices, atm locations and they have no clue.

Only demerit is about booking taxi from the goa miles appp. Property is also not entertaining in this matter

Stay was good, food seems overpriced with 18% gst. The transport facility should be there from hotel to city on hiring basis. Local taxi used to take advantage of that.
