While everything was good, we were not allowed late checkout on asking as Silver member stating that hotel in completely booked. They offered just 30 mins extra which anyways any normal hotel without any membership also provides. When offered to pay, suddenly a room became available. We ended up paying for the late checkout. Really sad treatment of members as well as false advertising.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Goa and would like to share some honest feedback. While the staff were generally polite, they were rarely proactive. I arrived around 9 PM (not so late for a tourist destination), and to my surprise, there was no one available to assist with my luggage. I ended up carrying it myself, which is quite unexpected from a hotel in India where hospitality is usually a strong point. At check-in, the lady at the reservation counter seemed more focused on asking for full payment for all nights upfront. This felt unusual and did not create a welcoming first impression. The food served at the hotel was good in quality, but the variety was very limited. The same items were repeated each day, which became monotonous. The restaurant itself appeared mismanaged — even basic requests like cutlery required repeated follow-ups. Often, I had to look around myself to find the necessary cutlery just to start my meal. Tables used by previous guests were not cleared promptly, leaving inadequate clean space for new diners. Overall, the restaurant and hotel appear to be understaffed. There is even a person stationed near the kitchen counter whose only task is to write down simple orders, like dosas, on a piece of paper. This creates an unnecessary bottleneck, especially since the buffet is set up in the same area, and it adds no meaningful value to the overall service experience. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again. I also would not recommend this hotel for families, given the service gaps and overall mismanagement. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is significant scope for improvement.
