Excellent service and a perfect kids friendly family hotel. The buffet spread was apt, pool was really well maintained and the life guard was so attentive while kids were using the pool.

Receptionist talking loudly on their personal cell phones when I entered for checkin. Front desk strewn with papers, pens and other stationary. The room however was decent and modern but there were some red spots (probably blood) on the curtain and the headboard of the bed. Definitely not a 4 star property like they claim to be and the ratings just don't add up. Never staying there again.

Requested for a quiet room in the corner for my infant. Did not get one but was promised that the reception was looking into it. Never got a call back. Next day reminded the receptionist about it, one said they have one corner room on the 3rd floor. Shortly later, the next receptionist denied saying they are fully booked. Tried third time, the next receptionist got us a corner quiet room. Wondering if the systems or the people are lying about the same data. There was a wedding party staying at the hotel. Their discordant drum beating deprived my baby of timely sleep. The staff appeared to be beholden to the wedding party as if it was the hotel owners wedding. To hell with the rest of the patrons seemed to be the prevailing attitude. Even the kitchen staff was poorly equipped with knowledge and communication skills. We requested for a cheese omelette, like we used to at IBIS Calangute, they flat out said no cheese omlette. I reminded them that they had it the previous morning so did they run out of cheese today? He mumbled something and then voila, two cheese omelettes appeared on our breakfast table. Our stay was largely punctuated with such trifles. Won’t stay at this property again.
