Annoyed by the service .you guys are fraud and were not able to provide the promised facilities like mini bar and also beer or softdrink was to be provided everyday which i dint receive even a single day .Also 20% discount which was mentioned was not done on the meal i had . All these norms are clearly mentioned on the website &this app .The air conditioner was not working properly i had to call every time (3-4 times atleast) .Very disgusted by the service provided.will never ever recommend your hotel to any of my acquaintances.Blacklisting your property for further stays .

We had a lovely stay at ibis Styles Vagator with my wife, our 18-month-old son, and my brother and sister-in-law. The pool-view room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it very convenient for a family stay. The staff was exceptional. Shubhajit Roy, at the reception was welcoming and professional, making our check-in smooth. A special mention to Mehek from Guest Facilities — always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring. Since my sister-in-law’s birthday was on the day of check-in, she thoughtfully decorated the room the same day, which was a wonderful surprise and truly appreciated. The restaurant staff, especially Romak, were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was awesome, and housekeeping kept the rooms clean and tidy throughout. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended, and we’d happily return!
