The hotel is excelent. But l had little issues both times when l ordered lunch or dinner, but the restaurant solved that issues very well. The location is good for who want to visit the old town. The staff is very polite and eficient. I believe it's an hotel more indicate for business travels but it attend tourists needs too. The highlight is the web conection speed, the faster between all hotels that l have tryed in 11 countries! Congratulations!

Pros: - Close proximity to Ancol and Kota Tua. - Reasonable price. - Friendly Staff. - Spacious rooms with good quality bathroom. Cons: - Pretty much one way street outside the building so going in and out the hotel with car could be a hassle since you'll get stuck in traffic jam most times. - Old building heritage with old smell in most area. - One of the lift when I stayed was having issue with no error message showing up. So I get into the lift, the lift door just shut so suddenly and quickly then I can't press any button at all and pretty much stuck for a few minutes until I forced myself to open the door with my hands and run quickly outside. Worried it may dropped any second. I have reported it to one of the cleaner staff I saw on my floor. Don't know what they do with the reporting after that. Hope they fix it.
