Room wasn’t attempted to be cleaned till late afternoon by when we were back and needing it. Building being renovated so not attractive. Room felt dated. Aircon didn’t work well, fridge didn’t work at all. Breakfast was good.

It was a nice hotel but did not feel too special. My initial impression was it was very good but I could not sleep because of the noisy room, and flashing green light the smoke detector made which went on all night. When keycard is not in holder the air conditioning does not work- which made for a very hot room on arrival which was not pleasant after long travels.

During my stay, the restaurant experience was disappointing and requires urgent attention:
Staffing Issues: Staff often disappear up to an hour before breakfast closing, leaving guests unattended. Food and drinks are not replenished once finished, and no staff are stationed during lunch or dinner hours.
Coffee Machines: Machines are poorly maintained — water and milk run out, coffee powder is not cleared, and breakdowns occur frequently due to neglect.
Food & Drinks: Quality is below expectations, with dishes lacking freshness and flavor. Presentation is sloppy, and portions inconsistent.
Cleanliness & Comfort: Dining areas are not properly maintained, and mosquitoes make meals uncomfortable.
Value: Considering the poor service, lack of upkeep, and mediocre food, the pricing feels unjustified.
Overall, the restaurant needs serious improvements in staffing, food quality, hygiene, and equipment maintenance to meet even basic guest expectations. Management should act quickly to address these issues.

We sincerely apologize for the staffing issues you encountered, including the lack of attentiveness during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, as well as the delays in replenishing food and beverages. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the coffee machines not being properly maintained. Please rest assured that we are reviewing our maintenance procedures and daily operational checks to ensure the equipment remains in excellent working condition throughout service.
