Fantastic room with a really comfortable bed, delicious food at the restaurant and great location. Only improvement would be to have more healthy meal options on the menu and proper barista coffee with breakfast ( I would have eaten more often at the restaurant if you had these covered) .

The hotel is at a great location, somewhere in the middle of 3 subway-stations. But if you have time and are not in a hurry, quite some highlights of the city are within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun. The hotel offers top-quality service and excellent, comfortable rooms. The location is incredibly convenient for getting around the city. It is just a few minutes' walk to the Dongdaemun History & Culture Park (DDP) station, making subway travel seamless. Even better, there is an Airport Bus pick-up and drop-off point literally right outside the hotel, which made traveling to and from the airport completely hassle-free. If you enjoy exploring on foot, it is an easy 30-minute walk to the Euljiro area and about a 35-minute walk to Myeongdong. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!

Stayed here for five nights and this time was on the 19th floor. View was excellent. Service was great but because we were right below the check in and buffet restaurant, you could hear chairs dragging in the morning. This was quite disturbing especially for a light sleeper. Our next door neighbour was also making quite a bit of noise with the sockets. Not sure what they were doing but the noise really affected my sleep. Apart from noise, the experience was pleasant and location was perfect!

Small and inconvenient room, lack basic amenities like hand towels and sink space. Came with a water filter, and hob that was could be unnecessary for most travellers.

Had a pleasant stay in Novotel Ambassador, Dongdaemun. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The ambience of the restaurant in 20th floor was so beautiful. The Deluxe residence room was pretty big and comfortable. I would definitely wish to stay there again.
