We were a huge group of 9 and concierge on level 1 kindly helped us with our bags with beautiful smiles and friendly faces. Checkin on level 20 also was so lovely and friendly. Good stay and I enjoyed the efficient layout of the rooms, the appliances provided and the lovely housekeeping. Good job guys and please keep up the good work.

It’s been a really nice stay in this hotel. Very near train station and as I’m travelling with elderly, there is a lift access exit at dundun shopping mall to the train station. Staff is generally very accommodative and room is very well appointed. Breakfast is a must try as they serve quality fare and delicious taste. One thing to improve hopefully is for platinum members and club lounge rooms, the executive lounge can consider to be more liberal with older children enjoying the lounge. Kind below 13 are strictly not allowed to dine at happy hour which is quite a turn-off and it’s disappointing to see that quality food has not many people eating in the lounge during winter stay. I ended up not enjoying the benefit at all because I didn’t want my children to dine in-room without me. Overall hotel is excellent. It will be 10/10 if the club lounge has better options for kids. Well done Novotel!

Worst Accor experience ever

Check in was alright with the nice manager agreeing to upgrade our room but almost everything went downhill after. First, the tap and the shower were loose and it was a pain to use for a week but we did not wish to change rooms so did not bring up to the staff. One time the showerhead dropped and hit my daughter’s back and she is still complaining of the pain. Housekeeping was the worst and vanity kits and shower gel was not refilled daily. Had to request for shower and they didn’t even have the decency to replace it for us instead just gave us a whole big bottle. Towel provided was torn and had a hole. I have photos to prove all this. Pls get back to me on this or I will be escalating this matter.

Despite being regular Accor client, having my room 30mn before my meeting was a challenge. I rind this not acceptable. Bed sheets had stains, when leaving the bar bill was not easy to sort so. surely not a 5* standard.
