We stayed in a Residence for six nights during our honeymoon and it was the perfect base for exploring Seoul. Room was comfortable and spacious with all the amenities we needed, an excellent bed and good bathroom.

Stone Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Pros: 1.The location is excellent, very close to Dongdaemun. 2.The hotel environment is outstanding. 3.The hotel staff are professional and attractive. Cons: 1.Upon arrival, we inquired about “early check-in” at the information desk on the first floor. Unfortunately, the staff there provided vague and unprofessional responses, which did not effectively address our concerns. It wasn’t until we reached the front desk on the 20th floor that we received satisfactory assistance. Suggestions: It would be great if the hotel could offer more welcome fruits.

One of the famous French group. It’s not only comfortable rooms and facilities, people working there are kind and gentle. The only thing I would point out though, smocking area isn’t as clean as other facilities. Especially after the club event on the roof top bar.

World-travel-MS Couples - TripAdvisor review

Hotel is in a good location, approx 300m from the nearest metro line, but not very close by walk to the main busy city areas you want to visit. Hotel itself is modern with good facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we booked was on the residence side, usually Accor members gold and above are automatically upgraded but we were not able to be on our stay as it was full. Our room was fairly small, especially the bathroom. Water purifier in the room was very welcomed so we were very hydrated. Breakfast was comprehensive, we didn’t eat at the dinner restaurants. My partner used the gym and sauna, he was happy with equipment available. We didn’t use either pools. Overall a good stay in Seoul
