In May 2026, it will be changed to May 12 (Wed). 2) Rooftop outdoor pool access limited to 19+ guests. 3) Swimming cap required for indoor pool. 4) Disposable items such as toothbrushes are not provided. 5) Pets not permitted (except guide dogs).

Stayed in a suite for 8 nights. The experience felt as if it was cutting cost to the detriment of customer experience expected of a 4-star hotel. Aside from the well-equipped gym and indoor pool, there wasn't anything in particular to shout about. No major complaints but there were service lapses, e.g.: 1. Drinking glasses chipped not once but twice which is a safety hazard 2 Strawberry and drinks turned to ice in the non freezer section 3. Coke burst in non freezer section of fridge - we cleared up the mess ourselves 4. Took away bathrobes after a single use without replacing until upon request 5. Not replenishing tissue paper 6. Not replenishing coffee capsules Finally, the hotel is very much on the dot in terms of both check in/out timing.

Loved staying here, staff was very accommodating, breakfast was varied & delicous, rooms very clean, and i loved the view of the city, plus it was close to convenience stores, Olive Young store and subway that we could take in order to visit Seoul, the palaces and shrines and so on.
