The check in was a bit disappointing because the lady at the front desk was quite blunt in attitude. Later on, when we tried to go out and asked for some information from front desk, another lady attendant who could barely speak any English. Another lady came to help and turned into their own conversation. We could not wait anymore and left the site. The second night when we came back from outside, the room was really hot, temperature shown was 27C. when we called the front desk, they said that they would turn on the air-conditioning and asked us to bear for about 30 minutes to let the temperature cooled down to our set 23C. Overall, this was what we expected from Ibis as budgeted hotel.
