I stayed at ibis Insadong and honestly, the location is the biggest win. You step outside and you’re straight into that classic Korean vibe, with streets that feel lively and safe, especially in the evenings. Food is everywhere. There are plenty of great spots just a few steps from the hotel, so it’s easy to grab breakfast, late night snacks, or try something new without needing to plan too much. It’s also a perfect base for sightseeing. So many touristy places are within walking distance, and getting around Seoul from here is super convenient. If you want a comfortable stay in a great area where you can feel the local atmosphere and still be close to everything, this is a solid choice.

Dear Team at ibis Ambassador Insadong, Unfortunately, during our stay, our son became unwell during the night and vomited, which resulted in soiling the bed. I sincerely apologize for the trouble and inconvenience this caused. Despite this situation, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff members who responded with such kindness and understanding. You kindly provided extra blankets for all of us, showed genuine concern for my son’s well-being before anything else, and reassured me by saying, “Please don’t worry, we will take care of it,” when I attempted to clean the floor myself. As this unexpected incident happened in a foreign country, I was quite distressed at the time. However, your warm and compassionate support helped calm me and made me feel truly reassured. I will never forget your kindness. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we caused, and I truly appreciate your thoughtful and professional assistance.
