Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We sincerely regret that some aspects of our facilities and services did not meet your expectations. We understand that having to visit the basement to use the ironing facilities and coming to the Front Desk to collect certain items such as laundry bags, spoons, and forks may have caused inconvenience during your stay. Please allow us to explain that, for safety reasons and in accordance with our hotel policies, irons are not provided in guest rooms. Instead, we offer a designated self-service ironing area located on B1 for all guests. In addition, some amenities are available at the Front Desk and can be collected upon request. We fully understand that these arrangements may not be as convenient as the services offered by some other hotels, and we appreciate your honest feedback. Comments such as yours are extremely valuable, as they help us better understand our guests' expectations and identify areas where we can improve our service and communication.
