From July 3 to July 7, 2026, I stayed at ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong, and this stay exceeded all my expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was excellent. There are many restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and major attractions nearby, and transportation to both Seoul Station and Incheon International Airport is very convenient. What impressed me most, however, was the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I would especially like to thank James, who was working at the reception on July 7, 2026. On the morning of our departure for the airport, I realized that I had lost one of my earrings. These earrings were a gift from my husband more than 20 years ago and are part of my family's story, so losing one meant much more than simply losing a piece of jewelry. I searched the room, the elevator, and every place I had walked that morning without success. One hotel employee even offered to search the room with me again, and later the reception team immediately started helping after carefully listening to my story. With only a few minutes left before leaving for the airport, I had almost lost hope. The earring was tiny, and the hotel was large. Then, just before our departure, James came running after us with my missing earring, which had been found in the elevator. It truly felt like a small miracle. I sincerely thank James for his professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, and genuine care for guests. I would also like to thank the entire hotel team for their kindness, support, and willingness to help. Having worked in management for many years and having stayed in many hotels around the world, I know that such a team does not happen by chance. It reflects excellent management, outstanding organization, high service standards, and a genuine culture of hospitality. Beautiful rooms and a great location are important, but people are what make a hotel truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong and will definitely stay here again when I return to Seoul.
