The hotel is well located and comfortable, but they disabled the air conditioning in the room. When I closed the window to avoid street noise, the atmosphere inside became unpleasant.

The hotel staff were all lovely and so accommodating! The location was perfect, close to subway, buses and Insadongs streets with all the amazing cafes and shops!

There were insects in the room (two small flies). In the morning, the whole room was smelling of food - probably from the breakfast being served at the 1F. It seems the ventilation system is linked to the restaurant (perhaps the kitchen) and the smell gets carried over to the rooms. It was so smelly that I had to open the windows. It would be nice to have instructions on how to access the internet connection and tv in a short pamphlet. At least in my room there was none, and it took me a lot of time to figure out you can check it in the TV.
