We had a great check-in experience with the Accor team, and our Accor status was well recognised. We were kindly upgraded, and the team clearly explained the available benefits and facilities. The location is excellent for a short stay during cherry blossom season, with easy access to transport and plenty of dining options nearby. The property has been renovated and is clean, and the team were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

staff were very welcoming and friendly. Spoke great english and the check-in and out process was very smooth and efficient. Room was clean, had no smells and the cleaning crew were very good. only thing I would say is that the room temp runs very warm and the temperatures control in the room does not help or work. But thankfully room had a window which you could open and let the cold air in so was not a huge problem as the weather was also cooler at night.
