One of the legs on a chair was broken luckily we Caught it before anyone sat on it. It was by the window. If one of us sat we would have probably broke it and fell into the window. The chargers on the side tables weren’t working and we had to tell them twice. The housekeeper on the last day didn’t refill toilet paper or give us a rug for the outside of the shower so we wouldn’t slip. Unfortunately the female workers in the hotel were not very kind especially during check out. One of the bellman was very unhappy our personal transfer was sitting outside too long during checkout even saying aish aish under his breath ( took long because the women at the front desk couldn’t speak English while I was trying to check out). We were the only car there. We left feeling like no one likes foreigners.

Additionally, I apologize that housekeeping did not properly replenish essential items, including toilet paper and a bath mat, which understandably created discomfort and a potential safety risk. Most importantly, I am very sorry to hear that your interactions with some of our team members left you feeling unwelcome. It is deeply concerning that you felt uncomfortable during checkout or perceived a lack of kindness, particularly as an international guest. Please be assured that we do not tolerate any behavior that could make our guests feel excluded or disrespected. We are reviewing your comments carefully with the relevant departments, including front office and concierge teams, to reinforce our service standards and communication skills. Was a very nice stay. We had a suite. The ladies in the lounge were so friendly and the service minded. However the man working there was not. Very unfriendly and unaccomodating. He should not be working in a service role.

Great staff, hotel and location - staff always helpful and accommodated our early check-in and late check-out. Room was well maintained, with a view of N-Seoul Tower.
