I would also like to say something about June Ahn... He is in the concierge of the hotel and he is the most kind, friendly and efficient person we have ever met in a hotel. He went out of his way to help us, always offering tips on how to get to places and what's the best food for us to try. I can't thank him enough for all he has done for us during our stay and we'd like to think we are friends for life now! I have thoroughly enjoyed two nights of stay in this hotel. Initially, I was allocated in the lower floor which had a blocked view but relocated to the higher floor after I spoke to the reception. The entire process of relocation was extremely effective and smooth! I had a very good conversation with some of the staff in the hotel during my stay and it was a nice and pleasant experience as the staff were very friendly with a big smile on their face all the time. The staff in the hotel industry is one of the most important business assets as they directly deal with the customers every second. I would particularly like to praise the staff in the concierge whom I had a great dialogue while I was waiting for my wife to arrive from the airport. Speaking of KAL Limousine service - It takes too long from the airport to the hotel as this hotel was the final stop in the route. Back to the positive side, the breakfast buffet was full of surprise containing the variety of food including the best of Eastern and Western food. Although some facilities are somewhat outdated, they are well looked after and maintained I think. Overall, my experience with Grand Ambassador Seoul Associated with Pullman was very pleasing and would definitely return to stay in the future! Many thanks, K-S from London

There was a small issue but very good attitudes from staff quickly recovered this. Just a small suggestion: hotel should have placed the xmas card in room as i checked in on xmas day. Dont feel any xmas feeling from food, staff clothes, welcome amenities, etc

The hotel staffs are very helpful and always keen to help and give information especially concierge staffs. The hotel is clean, big and full of amenities. The location also near with subway and local mini market, easy to get taxi and have bus ticket service to incheon airport.

The whole hotel staff were so wonderful and friendly and willing to make your stay the best experience it could be! The executive lounge was packed but outstanding you didn't miss out on food and drinks. The massage chairs were excellent and the bus shuttle service was very pleasant and handy.The Pullman is definitely a strong recommendation bye me and my wife.

The hotel and reception generally satisfactory. Renovation of the rooms is suggested. Location is not convenient. It took me two hours from Incheon airport by airport bus 6702. And the subway station not very near. My friend who needs walking with a stick found it not convenient.

Great customer services, staff are courteous. Would have expected the sauna is part of the hotel services like other five-start hotels. The toiletries are hard to use. Bottles are too hard to use

I stayed at this hotel for one night as Accor Gold membership member. Every moment which I experienced at this hotel was comfortable, enjoyable, and peaceful. The check-in process was quick without no waiting line and there are enough check-in counter staffs. The room was very comfortable, the toilet amenity such as shampoo, shower gel, body cream was high quality Motte & Bailey brand. The room supplies such as pillow, duvet was very comfortable. Room and toilet facility such as TV, desk, chair, sofa, wardrobe, bidet and so on is well equipped in line with 5-star hotel standard. The toilet room was big and comfortable also, bath tub and separated shower space was equipped with. At basement 1 floor, there is a pool and large fitness space. We didn’t prepare the swimming suit so, couldn’t use the swimming pool but the inside of swimming pool which I watched through glass door was peaceful and large jacuzzi tub by the swimming pool was seducible. At 12th floor, there is small library equipped with free electric massage chair and comfortable business lounge. This space has good view into the Namsan mountain which is the most frequently visited mountain at the center of Seoul. Breakfast buffet was high quality and has enough variety. Only regrettable thing is small space of buffet restaurant. The location of this hotel is very close to the subway station and almost connected with Dongkuk University which is very famous for alma master college of many Korean movie stars. Through this university, you can walk around and climb the Namsan mountain. Every hour, this hotel operates free shuttle service to Myeongdong, Insadong, and Dongdaemoon shopping street from 8 o’clock a.m. until 10 o’clock p.m. (in case of Dongdaemoon, 17:00~22:00). We used this shuttle service after the check-out and the short trip to Myeongdong was comfortable and convenient. We are offered the free welcome drinks from lobby lounge cafeteria as an Accor gold membership member. At lobby lounge, we could select every beverage menu using welcome drinks coupon so, we ordered the white wine and fresh fruit juice each. We also ordered a loaf of bread for a fee. Warmed bread was served with enough jam and cheese and appropriate tableware, we are very impressed by the excellent served manner and foods. The two female staffs at the cafeteria was very professional at serving and very friendly at treating guests. We are deeply impressed by their hospitality and professionality. After checking-out, to take a walk around Dongkuk university, we planned to leave our baggage to the front desk for a while. The concierge personnel were very kind and helpful at this process. We greatly appreciate for every staffs of this hotel for making our stay be memorable one. And, I and my wife will definitely visit again and stay at this lovely hotel. I recommend this hotel to every foreign and domestic visitors of Seoul area with honesty and confidence. This hotel will truly let you taste the true warmness and hospitality of Korea and Korean hotel service.

Literally hot. I mean, I know it's winter time. It was +7 degrees. Plus seven. It's not THAT cold, so why have you turned the temperatures in the rooms to 30 degrees? Way too hot and not controllable. The rooms would probably be fine if they were not Sahara-esque in their conditions. And then breakfast, Admittedly I am a vegetarian and Korea is no place for people like me. So I was reduced to an omelette which had no seasoning and was exceptionally bland, even with all the cheese I asked for. And your coffee is bad. And that's being exceptionally nice about it. You don't want to know my REAL thoughts on it.
