We stayed 6 nights in this hotel and we had the most wonderful experience. The staff at the Club (Jason and his team) were so very helpful and accommodating with all our requests for late checkout, swimming pool access and help with tour booking. Thank you guys for your top service. The breakfast is great and the spread for the 'Happy Hour' is awesome. It is pretty much a dinner for us with all the good food and drinks.

Amazing huge room with bunks , king bed and massive hotub

Was very impressed with this hotel biggest room and location great. Keep in mind you need swimming caps for indoor pools and your accomdation may not include all pools and sauna . Sauna was a great place to unwind with steam room, hot and cold tubs and sauna .

Poor check in, poor treatment at lounge.

Check in was slow. Was told to wait 10 minutes for the room to be ready. Waited more than that at the front of the counter seat. Staff didn’t approach me to inform and I had to go to the check in counter and re check in. Then they called the lounge check in and apparently it didn’t seem like they remembered to inform the lounge about my check in earlier. No help offered to push my luggage or escort me to the lounge / elevator. Walked off myself until the staff quickly followed behind. Breakfast at lounge wasn’t successful - turned away and told I would be escorted to the breakfast at level one but no one followed. Went down alone. No staff at pool area had to call for a staff up in order to order a drink. Didn’t seem to be well treated for a platinum member and a suite staying guest. Guess I won’t be back. And it’s strange that the outdoor pool has a no usage time despite life guard on duty.
