The hotel was recently renovated. My room was superb, overlooking the Namsan Tower. Breakfast was excellent. One small drawback: we requested that the room be cleaned before 3 pm, and it was hit or miss. Also, it would be helpful if the lamps had been dusted.

Shower ventilation or drainage was bad, room has foul smell when entering and after showering Room walls are not well sound proof, neighbors was extremely noisy from 1030pm to 1130pm. Called reception multiples times to check in.

The issues you described regarding the bathroom ventilation or drainage and the unpleasant odor are certainly not acceptable, and we deeply regret the discomfort this caused. Your comments have been shared with our engineering and housekeeping teams for immediate inspection and corrective action. We also regret the disturbance caused by noise from neighboring rooms and that our response did not meet your expectations despite your calls to the reception. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of timely resolution, as your comfort and rest should always be a priority. Regarding the amenity policy, we understand your concern. Certain items such as dental kits are provided with a charge as part of our efforts to reduce single-use plastics. However, we recognize that this may not align with all guests’ expectations, and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
