Excellent stay at the Pullman Ambassador Seoul. The hotel is very well located and offers a high standard of service. The staff were exceptionally efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. I was fortunate to receive a room upgrade, and the room itself was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. A special mention goes to the thoughtful welcome message prepared by the staff in the room, which was a very nice personal touch. Another highlight was the dinner served in the VIP Lounge. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding, and the service was simply exceptional. I rarely experience such a high level of attention, professionalism, and generosity. The evening offering is far more substantial than a simple cocktail or snack service—it is a true dinner experience and can easily replace a restaurant meal. The fitness center is also excellent, featuring a wide range of modern equipment and providing everything needed for a complete workout. Overall, a fantastic experience and a property I would happily recommend to both business and leisure travelers.

Really good. The help before we left Australia regarding transfers to and from Incheon was excellent. Everyone very friendly. Nice and close to a Metro station.
