First, After we checked in was that pillows in this hotel were so fluffy that my husband was very satisfied as soon as he entered the room. But, I usually used low pillows and told the front desk, and they quickly delivered low pillows to my room! Thanks to this, my husband and I were able to get a satisfactory night's sleep. And when I asked the front desk if it was possible to use a microwave for our daughter's baby food, I was so grateful that they helped me use it very kindly. It was a very satisfying stay because it's been a long time since I've visited a hotel where employees provide services to customers quickly and kindly.

Stay was overall pleasant. However, room makeup service was quite poor. Coffee capsules not replenished, face towel left in sink.

The hotel has excellent facilities, and the breakfast was very delicious. The outdoor swimming pool is also great for photos. The location is in the heart of Seoul, making it easy to get around anywhere. I definitely want to visit again next time.
