Great property very comfortable. Staff very professional and helpful. Terrible situation with crows at breakfast - I took some videos because I could not believe it - crows dive bombing tables and ares where servers were collecting food.

It was a great stay. The Raffles is a magnificent location, our room was perfect throughout coupled with the beautiful garden view from the veranda and the extremely friendly, helpful and personal butler service from Vania was truly outstanding. I would have given our stay a full 10/10 if it wouldn't have been for the breakfast. The selection and quality of items was absolutely great however, the service was a bit below expectations. The manager (in blue suit) was extremely attentive and took great care but the rest of the team was rather slow and not very attentive to guest requirements (e.g. remove dishes, ask for another coffee etc.)

I loved the raffles property, decor, room layout and that it truly was an oasis in Singapore away from crowds and rowdier, larger hotels. We made it a point to actually spend time in the hotel as a result and enjoyed our visit to the pool where staff was nicely attentive. Where the experience fell short of expectations was with the quality of butler service. We checked in somewhat late in the evening and had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our luggage, didn’t meet our butler until we called for them the next morning (at which point rather than introducing themselves they asked what we needed). We then waited about 30 minutes for our Singapore sling welcome drinks which seemed longer than it needed to be. When we had a complaint about noise from a neighbor it looked various calls to have it resolved. Only the night manager adequately helped.
