Beyond the public access areas, lies a fabulous 5* hotel experience. The bedrooms are quiet, with lovely toiletries, linen & towels. They were very well maintained & serviced throughout our stay. Personal outdoor seating area overlooked a beautifully manicured garden. The pool & gym were lovely & the spa experience without fault.

My wife and I recently stayed in a Palm Court Suite at Raffles Singapore, and although it was only a short stay, it was easily one of the most memorable luxury hotel experiences we have ever had.
From the second we arrived, the entire Raffles team made us feel uniquely cared for. We were able to maximize every single hour of our time on property, from early arrival through to departure, thanks to the seamless coordination and proactive service across all departments.
A special mention must go to our Butler, Lin, who went completely above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. Lin’s attention to detail, warmth, and intuitive hospitality embodied the absolute gold standard of the iconic Raffles Butler service. Every request was met with grace, and the personalized touches throughout our stay made us feel truly celebrated.
Whether it was dining at Tiffin Room, enjoying drinks at Writers Bar and Long Bar, the spa, pool area or simply soaking in the timeless atmosphere of the historic courtyards, every team member we engaged with was exceptional.

Living within these historic walls provided the ultimate inspiration for my graphic novel, The Grande Dame and the Waving Blade. 本次入住莱佛士酒店整体体验令人满意。入住前备注了纪念日，酒店贴心为房间做了简单布置，并赠送甜品，增添了仪式感，非常感谢。
有两处细节可以优化：欢迎水果并非主动提供，是我致电前台申请后才送来；入住期间没有安排夜床服务。
除去以上两点，客房环境、硬件设施与工作人员的服务态度都很不错，整体感受良好。
We had a pleasant stay at Raffles Hotel overall. We noted it was our anniversary upon booking, and the hotel kindly prepared simple room decoration and complimentary dessert for us, which made our celebration special.
Two points could be improved: welcome fruit was not provided automatically and we needed to call the front desk to request it. Also, turndown service was not offered during our stay.
Apart from these two details, the room condition, facilities and staff service were great.
