Wished for a better room and view. Housekeeping continued to knock AND ENTER even though we said no thank you multiple times. They continued to knock and enter while sleeping. No communication between your staff. No means no.

We stayed for 4 nights and got a room facing the lake with a view. Our window opened but would have been great to have a balcony to sit on. The location of the hotel was wonderful. This was for the FIS president's club trip. The hotel staff made us all feel special.

We enjoyed Fairmont Le Montreux Palace for 2 nights and we had an unforgettable moment, with super rooms, beautiful view on the lake and the mountains (Signature King Room). The spa is perfect, the breakfast is delicious. The crew is highly polite and respectful. A stay I recommend to anyone
