Great stay. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t control the thermostat in the room and the heater was too hot. We had to open a window in the middle of the night.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Le Montreux Palace. The hotel is beautiful, with a great atmosphere and very comfortable rooms. We would like to thank the entire staff for their kidness and professionalism, especially Samir, who attended us at reception and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. His attention, professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced our expirience. We would definitely return.

Just a short stay,one night but was a really lovely room, comfortable bed, nicely decorated, clean, with all you need from iron to a coffee machine, view was amazing!! Breakfast was great!! Good location across from Christmas market.

The hotel forgot to arrange our transfer to the hotel so we were left for 2 hours at the airport waiting! We were told that Brunch was fully booked even though we tried to book it months in advance. Disappointed as that wasn’t made clear at time of booking. We had to complain in order to get a table. Outside music kept the children awake until after midnight each night. Spa was really busy and pool was cold not relaxing experience. Breakfast on second morning was over crowded. Empty food containers weren’t replenished, so having paid for breakfast we weren’t really able to enjoy it or have what we wanted. Transfer back to hotel was not ina luxury vehicle - average people carrier which begged the question why it was so expensive. Just really underwhelming experience.

All associates were very professional and courteous. Property was very well maintained and the house keeping department took care of the minute details throughout the day and during our stay. Food creations were exceptional to satisfy the vegetarian menu asked by the host of this event.
