It was extremely cold in the room. I couldn’t get the AC to work only the heating in the bathroom was working. I covered myself with two blankets and was still freezing. I couldn’t fall asleep until 2 am. I called reception, but noone picked up. The rain shower has an issue and there is water sprinkling on the side. Unfortunately I saw that too late. The whole bathroom was wet. Even the mirror and everything laying at the sink got wet.

We arrived at the hotel, and the bellman took our luggage and asked under which name the reservation was made. However, he did not announce us to the reception. When we got to the front desk, we were asked the exact same question again. So what was the point of the bellman asking us in the first place? In the room, there were tea bags but no kettle. We called reception (although there is no direct reception button, only concierge) and asked for a kettle and bathrobes. The lady at reception hung up on us. We had to call back for her to say, “Sorry, we got disconnected.” Really? At breakfast, the waiter refused to clear the menu from the table, claiming he had nowhere to put it. Honestly, we were shocked. In terms of LQA and Forbes standards, you are far, very far, from where you should be. There are many other things I could mention, but I will stop here. Overall, this was extremely disappointing, especially considering how expensive the room was.
