I had a strange electrical sound in my room, and they immediately sent a technician up to fix it. They offered to change my room, but the sound was located and removed. Lovely, quiet room with balcony with lake view. Perfect!

As with all old and elegant hotels, the rooms were on the small side, and the bathrooms are definitely too small!
