An absolutely outstanding experience! I was running a conference at the hotel and everything was top-notch from start to finish. The level of professionalism, organization, and support from the team made the entire event run flawlessly. Every member of staff — from reception to the banqueting, catering, and conference teams — was incredibly helpful, attentive, and consistently amazing. Their willingness to assist with every detail and their positive attitude made a huge difference throughout the event. The hotel itself is luxurious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with stunning facilities and elegant rooms that create the perfect environment for both business and relaxation. This was truly one of the best experiences hosting a conference, and it’s thanks to the fantastic team who go above and beyond every time. We had a lovely time. The room was spacious, newly refurbished, and very comfortable. Plus, the lake view and the small balcony were a perfect addition. The dinner and breakfast were very tasty, and all the staff were very kind, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, Montreux Palace, one of our favorite hotels.

I come very often to the hotel so experience was excellent. I have 2 remarks: 1. There is no a nice and comfortable bar/lobby to have coffee/tea during the day, there is only a small place to seat near the reception, while you have a beautiful lobby on Floor R with view. 2. Regarding TV, the channels are not satisfying, you should have cable channels like Canal+, what you have is very basic.
