The hotel is stunning, location incredible, rooms heavenly, but service in bar and breakfast were not up to par unfortunately.

We had a wonderful family vacation stay at the Fairmont in Montreux. The hotel is beautiful and the staff first class in every way. The concierge Reinart and his associate Joe where a huge help with a very difficult situation we where having with Avis Rental Car. Joseph Condemine was also a huge help setting up an amazing day of biking and hiking. One of the nicest and best run hotels my family has ever stayed at.

Our stay with you was a surprise. We were on our way to Zermatt, when we discovered Zermatt was closed due to storms and flooding. Your staff quickly accommodated us with a wonderful two room suite and we enjoyed every minute of the two night stay.
