As I have already explained by email and at reception when we checked out, a problem with the heating made my stay very unpleasant on the first night of our visit. We were moved to a different room around midnight.

I had a lovely experience staying at Montreux Palace. The room was beautiful and we had an amazing view over the lake. It is well located for access to the train station and local bus services. The service at the hotel was outstanding, and I loved the facilities in the spa.

Very welcomed by the conciergerie and by Monsieur Francois from the front office. Great support by Monsieur Amir as well. Great room, amazing breakfast and a perfect spa experience.

How would you feel paying such an expensive room rate while smelling sewer whenever you enter it? Well, that's what happened, forcing me to keep the window completely open day and night with constant vomit stains? I couldn't live because of the corporate event we had there, BUT I DID MENTION IT TO THE RECEPTION, who sent a technician saying... it was likely because the room hadn't been occupied for a while. He then simply let the water run for a minute and left. What a shame. That's all what I have to say. Room was the 408, from 22-24 March.
