We got upgraded upon arrival to the presidential suite (which was amazing). We work a lot when we travel so it was so great to have the room to work and also the view was great. I loved sitting outside on the spacious patio.

it started off well as I had planned to propose and was allowed an early check-in and the staff was courteous and polite. However, once we checked in, there were a few things which I felt were not value for money e.g. the shower did not provide hot water and the pressure wasn't great, I tried to get some water and was asked to pay $12 which is absolutely shocking given the nightly room charges and the fact that it's a 5 star hotel. Overall I did not feel like this was good value for money
