Because the other Accor hotel we had booked for two nights in Castres had closed unexpectedly, we had been re-booked into the Hôtel Mercure Castres L'Occitan. Arriving at the other hotel and finding a posted notice to call the Hôtel Mercure Castres L'Occitan, I spoke to Frederica, who was very helpful both on the phone and upon our arrival. Without my asking, she volunteered an inside locked room for our bicyclels. The hotel facilities were very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was excellent.
