Nous sommes heureux que notre équipe, la propreté et le rapport qualité/prix vous aient satisfaite. En revanche, nous sommes désolés pour la chaleur dans votre chambre. Étant actuellement à la mi-saison, avec des températures fraîches le matin et le soir, notre système est en mode chauffage, ce qui explique l’absence de climatisation et la température élevée que vous avez constatée en journée. Nous comprenons que cela ait pu nuire à votre confort. Concernant la luminosité, nous notons également votre remarque afin d’étudier des améliorations possibles.
