Booked room at 19.30 hours via app, arrived 20.30 to very polite and helpful reception staff, who gave us hotel info and directed us to our room. Very nutritious breakfast with good selection of quality food. What's not to like?!

Despite promises from your guy on reception every day from when we first arrived to let him know the shower was broken and also no cups in bath room He promised to get fixed each day It was only on our last night that he managed to put cups in bathroom but said he was not able to fix shower. After paying At 560 euros which was also above advertised rate on web we feel we have not received fare value for money. We use Accor regularly for our business stays around world and this is first time we have ever had to complain

The Air Condition and the lift were not working. Air condition was very very noise and was not cooling well. Lift door was failing most of the time.

I know it’s a budget hotel but I was expecting at least the refilling of the shower gel
