Die Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt, sodass es extrem heiß und stickig im Zimmer war.

Un personnel attentif et disponible très accommodant. Une mention pour un jeune brésilien absolument adorable et infiniment respectueux. Nous descendons 3 à 4 fois par an dans cet établissement et c’est toujours un plaisir. Nous recommandons sans hésitation (pour avoir testé d’autres Ets du groupe à Albi) c’est de loin le meilleur.

Je ne comprends pas la moquette. Pour le reste votre établissement monte en valeur grâce au personnel, je pense notamment au monsieur qui a travaillé dans la nuit du 19 au 20 qui a su être bienveillant alors que je partais à 5h. Bravo à lui
