The room as well as the bathroom were big enough for three and very clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Only a short walk to the town centre.

Ibis budget rooms contain pretty much just the basics you need for a short stay. I was there during the June heatwave, and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The air conditioning worked fine, and the staff were all pleasant. The breakfast was just okay with a fairly good assortment of items, but the cooked eggs were a bit overdone and looked like they had been in the serving container for too long. If you just need a basic room for a night or two, this is the place to come to when in Albi.

We were welcomed by staff and check in was easy as I had pre-checked prior to arrival. Room was clean and basic. Could use another pillow. Air conditioning was not cool as the place,ent of the long curtain interferes with its abilities.

Unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep due to the heat of the room and no air conditioning. I think the accommodation would have been fine at a cooler time of year, but unfortunately the accommodation was impossible and probably would be for any summer period in France. The hotel team was warm and friendly, the room clean, but unbearable heat.

The only drawback is the very thin and uncomfortable pillows.

Easy check in and friendly staff. The room is basic but functional and the breakfast was great. Loved the hot tea selection. The only thing that would have been better is on-site parking, which was already full when we arrived.
