I arrived after a taxing drive, with quite a lot of luggage to unload. Without being asked, your staff on duty (Marie and Carla) changed my room to one more easily accessed. I have used IBIS hotels in nearly 40 years of visits to France, and this was the best.

Sadly, our stay was only for one night. Great location to explore the area. All the staff were wonderful, very helpful, making the stay so very pleasant. Good choice at breakfast. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Thank you all, we will be back not sure when but definitely for longer.

Overall very good The only bad comment I have is on the EV charging pricing. I understand it’s managed and run by Qvoltis and not IBIS directly but my main reason for choosing this hotel was to have EV charging during our long trip. One of the chargers didn’t work and the pricing was super expensive. It cost more that a fast super charger to charge at the slow charger here!

the single bed are too small and the hotel is really noisy

Comme indiqué dans les conditions de vente de votre carte, je vous confirme que l'avantage lié à cette carte est valable uniquement pour le porteur. Dans votre cas, nous vous avons offert une boisson sur une chambre (1 bière pression) Par ailleurs, vous avez été surclassé dans une chambre triple alors que vous aviez réservé une chambre individuelle. Je ne comprends donc pas votre commentaire sur la taille du lit.
