We had a great stay at the ibis Styles Albi Centre Le Theatro. The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Albi — the cathedral, the old town and the Toulouse-Lautrec museum are all within easy walking distance, so we could see everything on foot. The staff were super helpful from start to finish — friendly, welcoming and full of good suggestions for the local area. Nothing was too much trouble. With parking close by, arriving and getting about couldn't have been easier — a real bonus in a city centre location. All in all, a great stay and we'd happily return. Highly recommended if you're visiting Albi.

Overall extremely good. Would have liked a non-slip shower mat and a waste bin in the bedroom. The bin in the shower room was very small.

The location is great, it's quiet and there's safe public parking lot right across the street. The only downside of this stay is that second night we were there, it rained. We asked the front desk if there's any umbrella we can borrow and the answer is no, we went up to the rooftop restaurant and were turned away since we didn't have a reservation even though there were only a couple of tables with guest. We end up going out to a nearby restaurant in the rain. On a regular night I would understand all this, but overall it was quite a frustrating experience regardless as the staff on duty didn't show any sympathy and didn't offer any help or suggestions.

Good: Clean, no mold in the shower. Good wifi. Excellent location. Bad: Hotel staff wasn't very friendly, in fact, they pretty much ignored us. At check-in they didn't even tell us what time breakfast was, or any other information about the hotel. When we walked by reception I felt they were saying "bonjour" because it was required. Breakfast was "ok" but not great - pretty limited choices. Poor air conditioning in the room. No services in the room such as coffee/hot water, refrigerator, etc. Several unsanitary instances with the breakfast setup.

We stayed 3 comfortable nights at the hotel. Wonderful Gaillac wines are available for purchase at a reasonable price. The room was small but adequate, as well as the breakfast. The restaurants nearby provided something for everyone.

The disabled room we had was really not good due to lack of any shelves or drawers to enable suitcases to be even partly emptied. The bathroom also had no shelf or anywhere to put basic things such as toothbrushes and other required toilet neccessitities. We had a disabled room as both mobile but 1 of us had really bad knees for using toilet. A truly disabled person in a wheelchair would not have been easily able to « live » out of a suitcase on the floor as we did. There were just 3 low level hangars. We were on our way to our home in France from a stay in Spain so had a small and medium sized suitcases. This is in no way a complaint about the welcome and information received from receptionist on arrival, or the staff and the breakfast, just the « facilities » in the room, or rather lack of them. We did cut our stay short due to weather but also lack of comfort in the room. In the past we have stayed for single overnights in a B&B hotel and found the room facilities far better in them than in this room.
