I had a good stay in this December at Novotel Burdubai . Nice room ,spacious, well organised and maintained. The staff are very good especially the house keeping,reception staff and room service team. We checked out earlier than the expected date but the travel was postponed due to an emergency situation. In this situation ,we enquired that is it possible to continue the stay for one more day then the staffs are so friendly and understood the situation. They really helped to deal with the situation ,I am really grateful for the staff and service .if any one is looking for a good stay in dubai just go for it.

I got the room at 3.30 after waiting for long time, also the room key given was wrong it did not accept in the lift after which when approached to reception they changed it with new key, which was very dissatisfying, moreover the lady who was performing the check in was constantly chatting in phone rather than clearing the customer queue and which eventually lead to give wrong keys for room to us.

We had a good stay at the hotel. Most staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Especially Arjun, Barsha, Bindu Amine, Daphne, Thandar, Mary, Ibrahim. All the kitchen staff. We will be back every time we come to Dubai.

Glass of wine was off. Staff member not helpful when this was brought to his attention. Food wasn't great. Some staff in restaurant not helpful. Odd smell in rooms. When issues were identified throughout the stay no-one was helpful. Overall terrible stay.
