We only stayed here for a few hours, but everything was perfect. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a great way to cool off. The Mafi Mall und the Matro is within walking distance. The breakfast selection was rather limited, but it had everything we needed.

Pillow cover had stains which were quickly changed after I contacted room service. The parking would not open with the card and each time had to be opened by pressing the intercom (I'm assuming they were opened manually by security). The breakfast had only a few options and there was a long line for the omelette station. A lot of items were finished and I had to wait for them to be refilled.

Worst experience. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a terrible stay. The pillow was extremely tiny, and basic amenities such as slippers, water, and coffee were not readily available you had to request each item separately, which was such a hassle. Definitely not the experience I expected.

It was an amazing only Two concerns: first i was trying to contact the hotel for online booking but no one respond to me i called over 10 times no response, another issue when i arrived to the hotel there was only one staff member who was very busy with another guest although there was another staff member inside the office this cause little disturbance and long waiting.

I like everything in novatel and its not my first time The only comment I have i had my kids with me the first night before they travelled, I asked for extra mattress and they let me pay around 70dh for that ,I didn't like that and also she didn't include this in the bill so that was lil confusing for me.
