Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Staff were all very helpful and polite. An issue with a possible intruder to our room was taken very seriously with managers arriving within minutes of the incident being reported and investigations being completed promptly; excellent service and care displayed by the staff involved, very impressed.

Short distance station + centre, friendly hosts, new interior

Stayed for 1 night. Very welcoming, friendly staff! Compliment to the staff. Room and bathroom were clean, floor and hall neat - you can see that it was recently renovated. You could see the constructionworkers foodprints on the concrete cieling. ;) Beds comfortable and crisp sheets. Better price and comfort than the youthhostel. Check out 12h! You could use the lockerroom for free on the day of checkout for a last stroll through town. No folk hanging outside in the evening even though it s close to the park and central station. A refreshing pleasant experience after a horrible experience in an ibis budget elsewhere.

I was charged the wrong tariff and the hotel was not able to give me the original booking receipt. However, once I found it on my own, the reception staff was very helpful and refunded me the extra money that had been charged. This was at 10pm, which was pretty late, and the staff was still extremely polite and helpful.
