Many thanks to Susana🤍 The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. They were always available to answer questions, provide local recommendations, and assist with any requests. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel right at home. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-maintained, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Despite being a budget hotel, the level of service provided was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The fantastic staff and reception team make it an excellent choice for a stay in Muenster.

No welcome drink even Accor Silver Member, room loud…

We would like to mention that we provide complimentary water in our rooms. Unfortunately, the Ibis Budget does not include the Welcome Drink as part of its offering. We found this accommodation to be expensive, as we stayed for just one night (12 hours in total) and paid 190 euros without breakfast. There should be an option for a family room where 2 adults and 2 kids (2 and 10 year old) can stay and not forced to pay for 2 separate rooms. Also, to be honest, 180 euros without breakfast seems unfair.
