The hotel was clean, check-in and check-out were fast and comfortable.One of the problems was that our bed had some planks missing, resulting in back pain. In addition in the middle of the night, someone was banging on our door, running around the corridors and laughing. The next morning, we talked to the receptionist about it. She told us that "it's probably other people that are visiting the hotel" and nothing more. Well I have suspected that, but I was expecting a bit more of an explanation or sympathy.
