The bed mattress is a bit too soft, but this subjective feeling is difficult to please everyone.. A bit too weak coffee in the coffee machine during breakfast, I was forced to add extra espresso which I usually don't do. The speed of heating the room is quite slow with current technology. Everything else is fine. Delicious breakfasts, very helpful and polite service. Poor Wi-Fi quality. I was performing activities on my computer that require a stable connection with low ping latency. Unfortunately, the connection was a bit unstable.

The room was ok, but needs to be modernized. Sometimes room for improvement. But the responsible staff member at the checkout reacted in a perfect manner. Price and performance need to be improved. We booked a privileged package, but didn‘t get the add ons as described (e.g. Minibar, newspaper). The breakfast especially the coffee could be improved. It was mainly closed.

Been here many times but there's always something wrong. Last time the bed for our son was not there. Offcourse we paid for it. This time we booked 2 rooms, we got 2 rooms not even close to eachother. Other rooms where not available they said, but suddenly we got 2 new rooms, 1 of them was not cleaned. Then we got 2 others rooms. We lost some luggage in 1 of the rooms, but did't find it anymore. Rooms not cleaned every morning is also worthless. The location is awesome but we are not sure if we will return. Restaurant always closed
