I make a reservation for 2 day .when I came to the hotel that day to me that they are over booking how that it’s impossible. I make my booking 2 month before the reservation so it doesn’t have. They send me an hotel in the end of the city not close to nothing else the hotel is for children or for group trip not for people who pay extra money. I think not make a mistake and not take a chance. Go to anther hotel that they’re give you your reservation. Not make a mistakes

Poor , booked twin room , double room given ! Waited over 90 minutes to sort at 01:00 am in morning after traveling to hotel No coffee in room asked maid but still none after a hour wait

Cons: We were surprised that our room is on 5th floor but the elevator stops on the 4th so we have to use the stairs from the 4th going up with our luggage. The pillows were too soft that you won’t feel you have pillows when sleeping. Noisy at night if you open the windows coz you feel hot Parking is expensive at 25 euros a day and u have to leave fast coz u will be charged 3 euros again if u dont leave ASAP. Its unfair because we didnt even spend 24 hours and yet charging again because we had a bit longer time loading our things. Pros: Very good location, everything is walking distance Good beds and room is big enough Helpful reception
