We were happy with the room, even though the bathroom is outdated. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff and their service was however below my expectations It took the receptionist 8 minutes to ask for help because she didn't know how to allocate my points as a discount. She wasn't friendly or helpful. As in didn't ask if we wanted a king bed or two singles or if we wanted to add breakfast, needed a car spot... was surprised when I said I already checked in online the night before. When returning to the reception because the room had a king bed instead of two twins she basically let her colleague do the job and said she went for a smoke. He didn't believe me when I said I couldn't chose the type of bed when checking in online. And when checking out, I was instructed to leave the cards at the desk as the receptionist when back to the bar to have a chat with his colleagues. We didn't feel welcomed or happy when checking in or out. And no I didn't mention anything at the staff as they didn't care for a minute to even ask. Friendly and helpful man at the bar

Very good hotel, perfectly located in the center of Dortmund. The service is professional and the staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The only small downside is that room service comes every other day. Otherwise, an excellent stay!

It is a nice and quite new Hotel, the Room was great and a good Bed. Unfortunately the breakfast room was quite full and limited, therefore it was not possible for me that i can sit alone at some table. Thea breakfast overall was okay and continental, but i have missed some juices and citrus water tasted a little bit strange. Perhaps the citrus was to long inside.
