Plus: your reception staff , brilliant , polite , efficient , helpful and on point Minus : room 131 ( bathroom ) was very dated, felt like a flashback to the 80ies , horrid Aircon didn’t work at all in both rooms Doors don’t keep noise out, very door closing is heard inside the room, hardly possible to have a good sleep Plastic , rubber matress protector , awful to sleep on , makes it very uncomfortable as it gets very warm See above Great staff at reception Good value if booked early Well positioned for Dortmund See above Nice first impression when entering

The staff were fantastic and so helpful. We really liked the room refurbishment. We stay in many hotels throughout Europe and the Mercure Dortmund is up there with the best of them. The rooms and hotel were spotless clean. clean, large and modern great outstanding Very good value for money close to motorway and very close to the city centre you can easily walk good modern and very large rooms brillaint Friendly and happy

Centrally located property, walking distance to train station, restaurants and shopping. Few parking spots available. Modern atmosphere, very clean and modern - in the refurbished rooms. Absolutely clean and brandnew attentive and fast super central, everything in walking distance. Refurbishment in progress makes it very attractive
