Been here many times but there's always something wrong. Last time the bed for our son was not there. Offcourse we paid for it. This time we booked 2 rooms, we got 2 rooms not even close to eachother. Other rooms where not available they said, but suddenly we got 2 new rooms, 1 of them was not cleaned. Then we got 2 others rooms. We lost some luggage in 1 of the rooms, but did't find it anymore. Rooms not cleaned every morning is also worthless. The location is awesome but we are not sure if we will return. Restaurant always closed

What a great hotel! The accommodations and location were perfect - we loved our room and we could walk to everything! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We did not try the breakfast, but it looked delicious. And we kept saying "why does it smell so good in here?". There is a lovely, spa-like scent throughout the hotel. The only drawback is that there is a good amount of street noise, but that is to be expected when you are in a busy area. Earplugs do the trick!

room heat setting is confusing. i wanted it to stay at 19 but it would change to lower and cold! breakfast room was very crowded one of the mornings. otherwise all good!! nice breakfast buffet. very nice Christmas decorations!!!
