Room was very expensive for 351 Euros for 2 nights. Heating was not working in the room. Receptionist didn’t pick up the phone. We had to go to the reception and request for heaters. We went out and came back after 2 hours. Still there were no heaters in the room. We had to call the reception again. Shower gell was empty. After cleaning only one towel was put in the bathroom for 3 people. Leakage stains on the roof of the bathroom. There were only free German TV channels and no extra TV channels like SKY TV. No specials for Christmas. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Good location, good facilities, but noise from the main road

Im disappointed. The room description in the internet did not match the one I was given.Bathroom necessities, Bathrobe weren't included.Cosmetic mirror was not usable.AC did not work , it would have been nice to have fresh air in the room, standing light did not have an on/off ,need to plug in to on /plug out off. It was the loudest Breakfast ever, one coffee Machine for so many people and that service lady at breakfast was so unfriendly. It would have been nice to have small rubbish bin on the table for rubbish . The Buffet was ok. What annoys me most is that if you're a guest, you have the same right, many tables were already reserved, and we need to wait while those tables were not occupied.Do I need to reserve a breakfast table If I need to book Breakfast. The Fitness/Sauna was ok. Rezeption was welcoming. The Bar only opens in the evening, Overall it was ok. Sincerely Josephine V.

All was ok, I had troubles with my flight and I was quite late, but there was no problem with late check-in. The room was clean, very cosy and comfortable.
