Hotel is very close to the central station and neat by to city centre. Check-in was quick, Suite was well prepared with a welcome fruit basket. A personal note in the room made the arrival felt touching. Breakfast spread is quite alright, could however be improved few additional options. Staff is very helpful and freindly. Bar is good with nice options. Welcome drink has been offered as the ALL Clummember. Overall satisfying stay

We booked a suite but it was too hot in the room. The airconditioning was set to 5 degrees (it was like that when we entered the room) but it was not working. Also there was no bottle of water in the room nor was there a fridge. At night we wanted to open a window but all windows were locked so the was absolutely no way to get some fresh air in the room.

Great facilities, friendly staff. Only confusing thing is the "no-policy on sauna etiquette" policy... Overall great hotel, only areas of improvement I could identify is that the quality of the breakfast is lower than e.g. Premier Inn and other main competitors, I enjoy those there more, and the bathroom had an IBIS feel about it rather than mercure in terms of quality (e.g. shower gel was nearing empty)
