Disappointed at the check-in…no acknowledgement of loyal Accor member. And disappointed in the condition of the room. Online summary had me believe it would be your best room. And no slippers!!

The room was clean and cosy but for me would be important to have a suitable table for working. At present there is only a small round table which is not convenient at all. During my stay I found my room left completely open by the room service which I felt not appropriate. I was luky since I had no issues and nothing was stolen from the room but I presented a formal compliant at the reception for that. Single use amenities not provided every day However I am not sure if I should formally ask for that service.
