Great Location, Friendly Front of House Staff

Great service at reception, check in and out was a little slow but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean, serviced each day of our 3 night stay. Bar staff weren't so friendly or helpful, waited a long time to be served even when nobody else was waiting. Atmosphere in the bar was a little stark, some background music would be nice.

The staffs at the restaurant on the weekends are very attentive and have a service mind. Thank you for ur hard work. The sauna is not provided the bathroom as it is under renovation.

Service was top-notch, and loved the breakfast selections. Room and facilities are good, but housekeeping could have checked the supplies because shampoo was empty when i needed.

It was not great. We asked for a calm room but were placed on the first floor on the side of a main street. What's worse, the air conditioning was locked and we couldn't adjust it. It was super warm in the night and we had to open the window, and with that were kept awake by cars and drunk people (central station area..). We have brought this up with the reception but they said they could not help. Breakfast was mediocre.

Rooms are nice and clean, just the staff isn't competent and not ahead of current promotions. Also not friendly. This also happened during our stay one year ago. Next year we will look for another accomodation.
