The room was clean and cosy but for me would be important to have a suitable table for working. At present there is only a small round table which is not convenient at all. During my stay I found my room left completely open by the room service which I felt not appropriate. I was luky since I had no issues and nothing was stolen from the room but I presented a formal compliant at the reception for that. Single use amenities not provided every day However I am not sure if I should formally ask for that service.

It was the second time we stayed here and we actually had a better experience than last time (which was definitely not a bad experience). Our room was just a little bit more comfortable with one of the best showers I have ever had. Breakfast was great.

I come to the hotel quite frequently on business trips. This time was the first time I was really disappointed. The Bathroom was quite dirty, the shower was clogged I almost flooded the shower by accident and had to pull out a giant ball of hair. This has not been done in quite some time. On the bed as well were hairs and dirt.. I dont complain much and I dont have very high standards, I can usually work with small inconveniences and just move on but this amount of issues in the washroom was too much. I will continue to come but I would appreciate it if you could take this into consideration and make sure the washrooms are being cleaned properly.

The bathroom was very dark (painted in dark red). When someone knocked on a neighbor's door I thought he was knocking on mine, I could hear the flushing toilet of other rooms, I heard other people in the hallway even when they were just talking normally. The staff was super friendly, greeted even when I was not paying attention. The mattress was super comfy - not too hard, not too soft. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.
