It is frustrating when a request for a quiet room is not honored, especially when paired with issues like the air conditioning being locked and street noise keeping you awake. We can completely understand how difficult that must have been, particularly with the location near the central station. We also apologize that the team at reception was not able to offer a solution, and that the breakfast and Wi-Fi did not live up to your needs, especially the problem with connecting the baby monitor.
