1.We had carefully selected this hotel based on the fact that there is a sleeping coach available (traveling with 2 year old). We even called the hotel upfront about this. Upon arrival we learned by surprise that we didn’t get the room. A folding bed was placed inside the room instead. The staff didn’t even know about this set up (came to have a look), but didn’t really care about guest satisfaction cause they would most likely be fully booked. He wanted to check but never returned. No sorry, nada 2. We called upfront to say that we’d like breakfast for 4 (my parents had a room as well). Upon arrival we learned that we should pay 22€ instead of the upfront rate 18€ - as we had to book it beforehand. When I clarified that I did call and talk about it before, the only response was “it’s not in the system”. Again no sorry for miscommunication or whatever. Super disappointing. 3. My brother parked our suitcase at the hotel and it was stored in the luggage storage. When we checked-in and wanted to get it, I was told that I can’t get it cause I don’t have the paper. So I waited for my brother (nobody cared if we might need anything for our son or for medical reasons. When he arrived he told us that he never got a paper. Super bad customer service. Nobody really cares!

Great Hotel with lots of services

The hotel was a stop over on our way back to Denmark. After a long day of driving the Hotel was an oasis with a restaurant and bar that had great service and food.

Arrived v late (22.30) and left v early (06.30) so didn't get a chance to use any facilities, but the bed was one of the most comfortable i have ever used

very good, although I would appreciate being permitted to have my bicycle in the room, as I came to Munster only for the cycling race with a very expensive bike.
