Münster/Osnabrück airport is about 30 min. by car.

Dear guests, the main building of our hotel will undergo renovation from mid-June 2026 and is expected to last until autumn 2027. The bathrooms and plumbing will be renewed to provide greater comfort and a new design. The hotel will remain open, but guests may experience some disruptions. A good refreshing stay. Would have liked the opportunity to have a massage. Everything closed at the spa. Had the feeling this hotel is set up mainly for business guests.

We were welcomed with a warm smile from Jacob — and it was a fortunate highlight of our stay. Thank you Jacob for your energy to make guests feel happy. The rest of the experience didn’t come close to that first impression. We stayed in a very outdated room with old furniture and a dirty carpet, which was disappointing. Later that day, we had to speak with another receptionist (not Jacob), who felt the need to “teach” me how other guests manage to sleep four people in two queen-size beds. I learned, apparently, that I shouldn’t have asked for an extra bed for my child — even though the queen-size beds in this hotel are barely comfortable for one adult, let alone more. Her attitude came across more like a lecture than assistance, though she did eventually send a third blanket to the room. At least I wasn’t given another lesson about blanket sizes. Breakfast was mediocre, but the waitresses in the restaurant were genuinely friendly and worked with a smile, which was a refreshing way to start the morning before checking out as soon as possible. The hotel’s location is truly excellent, and you can get real rest outside — just not inside the room, where you hear everything from the corridor and neighboring rooms. Overall, it was not a terrible one-night stay, but I do not see myself returning to this hotel for either a short or long visit.

As always an Overall very good stay. The usual minimal things like not acknowledging any Accor all status. But nothing that will keep me from coming back. Breakfast still way better than e.g. the Novotel.
