Just more information about the local rules for the foreign customers that we don’t know the procedures/ behaviour in order to align more easily and integrate faster in the city/ hotel communities. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly! The breakfast and the dinner are very good , but the lunch is a bit poor in offering for us, we are used to have a good breakfast and lunch and a poor dinner in order to sleep well:) The rooms are clean and comfortable, a small minus we find at the windows curtains, they are to long and heavy and they cover completely the heater and is a little bit uncomfortable to rise it up to the heater every night in order to have some heating in the room and also keep dark in the room for early morning.

We checked out one day early due to a funeral, unfortunately we booked the non refundable rate. We emailed the hotel and we could understand their decision not to refund. However some kind/ comforting words about it upon checkin or check out would be greatly aprreciated. We will not come back nor recommend.

Checked in a room for 280 euro's. When we arrived in the room it was great, but did not have the bathhub I requested on my reservation request (and which was the reason we chose the hotel). We where helpen perfect, and got another room. But this room was a lot smaller and had a lower luxury standard. When checking out I still had to pay the 280 euro's, which was way too much for this type of room. I feel like being ripped off.

Generally good hotel but my bathroom had bare plaster walls. Not painted ! I mentioned this to the receptionist and have sent feedback to customer services along with a photographer but there has been no response, no apology, explanation or compensation . This has tainted my experience.

Breakfast was incredible good. Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Even if I'm married with two children I would prefer some privacy in the bathroom. That's a tough challenge with missing/glass doors.
