Unfortunatelly, although when I made a booking, I requested my usulal room 412, I wa alocated differrent room. However, the receptionist was kind to accomodate my requested and everything was as expected. But for this mishap you alway receive top marks from me. I will be booking a room again (probalbly for 11.04) and will again specify my favourite room.

Extending 1 day or asking for a late check-out costed 158euros And a 17euro check in tax????

Staffs were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have some complimentary items like coffee, water, fruits, snacks. The room could be equipped with room slippers, fridge, water boiler, bright lighting for work, night table etc. The temperature controlled AC was not regulated by temperature and it was only giving warm air. The lighting of the room was very dark and there should be option to choose bright light if necessary.
