We had a very nice stay, the staff where great and the room was comfortable and what we needed for a stopping place while driving to France. The receptionist was very helpful when we arrived and during our stay. Thanks goes to the cleaner in the reception area who was very good with our dog early Saturday morning, when she got a little nervous of him with his cleaning trolley. Close to the motorway, easy to find

All was perfect. Big room, comfortable mattress, nice staff.

I tried last Monday to cancel the reservation I did, I sent you an email and I didn't receive the answer. I hadn't been there and now you've taken money from my credit card for a stay I didn't make. How can I get a complain?
