all ok, except the bathroom wall above the bath, where there was mold on the grout between the tiles, not very nice

Normally only stay here due to location being close to office I visit. This time the hotel was sold out for other days I wanted and I only stayed one night in Mercure and had to stay at different hotel 20 minutes away. Other hotel was much nicer and newer and will probably stay there in future.

Location, cleanliness and comfort of the room was excellent. Staff were very pleasant. However, parking was expensive consider I only stayed for 8hrs. Also the breakfast was very poor to compared with other Mecure hotels I stayed in Germany. No value for money and I will never take breakfast there again.

Set in quiet, spacious grounds this hotel offers everything a traveller needs. Our room for 2 adults and a German Shepard provided plenty of space for the 3 of us. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and the bed provided a very good nights sleep. The grounds are perfect for a dog, spacious with plenty of grass. If your dog chases rabbits keep it on the lead as they are everywhere 😊. A very quiet hotel close to the main road. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Have used this hotel 5 times now and have never been disappointed.

If you are on the road and you need a nice place to stay overnight, this Mercure is perfect. Close to the Autobahn, but far from the city centre. If you want to go sightseeing, drop this, but if you want a nice, clean and good quality sllep and good food, I recommend this hotel. Nice, polite and serviceminded staff, clean rooms and good beds.

We arrived at the hotel and everything was perfectly fine. I booked 2 rooms with both 2 beds in it. When we entered the room we found out we had 2 rooms with both only 1 bed in it. We were not happy with this fact because I booked something else. When we went to the front desk to ask if they could change the room they were really not amused but luckily after one hour of talking we finally got 1 other room.

My husband and I have stayed here a few times and we are never disappointed, we have a keen hobbie for reptiles and if there is a show on in Hamm the hotel is very happy for us to have the reptiles stay there.

We just stayed for one night. Friendly receptionist and an acceptable breakfast is on the positive side. However, the noise from the highway just nearby is way to much. We only had one towel in a double room. And the cleanliness was not on the same level as we are used to in other Mercure hotels. Further, the hotel seem a bit worn out and definitely need a shape up to be an acceptable four star hotel. We will not visit this hotel again

Terrific hotel with good rooms, but they had two seats in a double room. Miss English speaking channels beyond news. Nice bathroom. The restaurant is unfortunately closed on Sundays, but the receptionist ordered Pizza from nearby Pizzeria.
