We are reptiles breeders and we stay for a event, they know it and now they charge 15€ per box, and don’t have any information before for we choose another hotel. We just see when enter at the reception. Very decepcionant atitude! Dont Back to this hotel ! They day that allow Pets and when you arrive you need pay extra tax! Dont stay if you are reptile breeder!

Good level - conform to what we are waiting for in a Mercure - Room confortable and spacy but a little warm during the night without possibility to set the air conditionning system. a little bit warm in the night without possibility to set the AC system

First contact was painful as I had to wait close to 30 min for the registration. Then we had dinner at the hotel and to take care of the bar as well as of the dinning room there was only 1 person, willing to do well, but could not take care on all sides little choice and taste average

The bathroom in the room we stayed in is in dire need of a refurbishment! Please, at the very least change the urine stained and chipped toilet seat - disgraceful. The sink is also stained where it looks like someone has stumped out their cigarette. Your hotel is on an industrial park NOT in the centre of town, I therefore find it irritating to have to pay a €15 parking ticket when you cannot get to this hotel by any other means. If you insist on this charge may I suggest it is included in your overnight tarrif? Otherwise it feels and IS a rip off, leaving a bad taste in your mouth and not wanting to stay again. From the outside the Hotel Bar looked closed as there were no lights on. We questioned if the bar was open and we were told yes it was. We ordered a couple of drinks - both very nice but we were left in a bar with no lights on! I had to ask for them to be switched on. Not 20 minutes later, a large group of people came and sat in the bar and ordered drinks - just shows you what a lit up inviting bar can do for your turnover. No point in saving a few euros on electricity if you don’t sell any beer! My husband told me that the breakfast was good - I would hope it was more than good for the price charged!!! All in all we felt our stay was in a hotel not willing to spend money on it’s guests but charge them too dollar. We won’t be staying again…… See above
