I arrived late due to train delays and team managed to arrange food for me despite kitchen already closed, thank you! I asked for a quiet room but gentleman behind desk didn’t know which rooms were to internal courtyard, thankfully he had someone else close by who knew. Room was very cold! (16 degrees), maybe not used in a while? I had staid in Münster to not come back to ice cold flat in Rheine. Food was delicious, Team very friendly. I stay at Novotel for the great beds but this time couldn’t sleep well, perhaps due to room temperature which then slowly increased. But nice hotel and would stay again

everything is perfect, only two things to improve: - check-in takes to much time I think due to complex IT-systems or less skills regarding this - cleanliness in the bathroom decrease significantly

if I could suggest, leave on your website the address for the parking across the road, so guests can drive straight to the parking. I had to park 3 blocks from the hotel and walk to get the information where I should park.

No AC, room is too small , no sound proof. But clean enough.
