We stayed here just because of it’s location which is 2 minutes away from the train station that brought us to Disneyland. The service is bad, unfriendly and we requested that we would check in between 12-15.00 and we arrived at almost 18.00 and our room was not ready. When it finally was ready, our towels smelt bad and the hand washing gel was empty. Their pillows are also not great at all. Breakfast service was also not good, super unfriendly and their team did not seem to be motivated to work.

Picked this Mercure brand because had good experience with Mercure hotels in Sydney and Vadodara. This Mercure was not upto the same standard. Best about this Mercure was the location worked for our purposes. Concerned with security as theft of handbag whilst sitting in reception area. Had booked a number of rooms, and two.of.them.stank and then there was water leaking from roof, probably from toilet upstairs. A man tried to get in lift with us and did not have room key so we got out and so did he.

We didn't like our room as it didn't feel safe. Lats room, top corner, near the service lifts, 3 females a teen, a 30something and a 50something. At 10:30pm at night we asked to move rooms and the guy on reception was understanding and all round wonderful. It's a predominantly.male hotel as it's very corporate but it was clean, friendly staff, good value

Generally well kept and friendly hotel, customer service was excellent (particularly great to have ANA who spoke Portuguese and Spanish made me feel at home as I speak both and am from Portugal). Loved the eco-friendly features in this hotel so much - reusable glass water bottles refillable - such a great idea, o it. One suggestion please the rooms are very dim and dark in the morning when needing to get ready. Lighting is very insufficient, lamps are not enough. Please consider stronger lighting options at this hotel. I didn’t have any breakfast but heard it was very good! Great welcome water on arrival everytime this is a great feature. Overall this was an excellent hotel right next to the train station

The hotel is ideally located within a very short walk from the RER Bussy St. Georges station. A journey to see the landmarks of Paris can take around 50-60 mins. Bussy St. Georges has the first traditional Hindu Mandir (or temple) that is worth visiting. The 4th floor room I stayed in is fine for a couple and offers amenities such as a coffee machine and refrigerator (that is slow to cool). There were an adequate number of electrical sockets but no USB points. The height of the bathtub may cause an issue for the less mobile or elderly guests. The room and bathroom were very clean and guests are provided bottles to fill up with drinking water. On the last day of my stay, the fire alarm went off and when I came down, there were no staff members present to guide or advise guests. Most stayed in the lobby totally clueless. I was advised this happens once a week.

This hotel was incredibly well located, right next to the RER station and only two stops – around seven minutes – from Disneyland Paris. It is a superb option if you want easy access to the parks without the considerable expense of staying in a Disney hotel. In fact, by the time you factor in the train journey, I suspect it is actually quicker to reach the parks from here than from some of the Disney hotels themselves. The rooms were extremely comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The air conditioning was also excellent, which was particularly welcome as we visited during a heatwave. A particular highlight was the breakfast, which was absolutely outstanding. There was a fantastic choice and genuinely something for everyone – exactly what you need to set yourself up for a full day in the parks. The local area is currently undergoing quite a lot of redevelopment and building work, including improvements to the outdoor area, so it will be interesting to see how this develops. It certainly feels as though the surroundings will become even better once the work is complete. Overall, this was a brilliant hotel and we would most definitely stay here again. If you are considering booking, I would wholeheartedly recommend it. We stayed in one of the premium rooms, which I would particularly recommend as the additional space was well worth having.

Internet does NOT connect from the QR codes displayed in the room. Restaurant closed for 2 weeks - we weren't told in advance. Telephone in room didn't connect to reception desk. Wine menu was changing. The whole thing was fine - it just felt like it needed a strong manager to come in and fix the few little issues. Staff were lovely.
