We went to visit my parents who paid for the stay. From beginning to end we loved our hotel. It's very comfy and offers a room in town pretty near, whilst not too near, my parents. Maria welcmed us, reassuring me about the car park. She is absolutely lovely, extremely professional whilst being caring and thoughtful. It was also a pleasure to speak to Mr Matthieu Jesse. Both know us from previous stay, so we felt like VIPs. I loved the quality of the food, especially the Madeleine cakes. Warm and exquisite. Totally loved my stay. Best hotel in the world, as far as I am concerned.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and good showers. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choices, although you should bring back tea bags in my opinion.

Well located, room is clean and comfortable. It is my second stay here and each time I find the reception desk workers to not be very friendly or helpful. I paid 20€ for a late check-out time of 4pm. The clerk asked me, « do you really need to stay until 4pm? I need the room » I said that I wouldn’t have paid extra if I didn’t. She asked if I could check out at 2pm. I said fine. She offered no reimbursement. I ended up checking out at noon because I could get back into my house earlier. I told the clerk when I handed the key back and she wasn’t friendly at all. No offer of reimbursement for the extra option that I didn’t use (and would have only used 1/2 the time allotted anyway) . I think the front desk clerks need to be more proactive and nicer. I felt uncomfortable. The first time I stayed there, there was a lot of mold and condensation on the walls that I only noticef in the morning, after sleeping the night next to the mold. I told the clerks and had no apologies for offer of discount. Not sure I would stay here again.

It was a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly. We spent a good night there. We had a parking lot in the garage. The morning we had enough time to go to the nearby centre of the town. So: it was the first time we’ve been here but not the last time!

We stayed while my son played at psg. The air conditioning was amazing, we had friends staying in other hotels who said their air con kept breaking. Staff are lovely. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms and hotel were super clean

Perfectly situated in the centre of town close to many and diverse eateries and shops. Transport (RER A) is 10 minutes away and only takes around 25 minutes to the Champs Élysée. Excellent value for money. Very clean and well maintained. Very secure. Staff are a real credit to the company. Only improvement would be tea and coffee in the bedrooms.
