Très déçu par l'accueil dans cet hôtel !!! 1) il est annoncé sur le site Accor, la présence d'un parking, mais en fait ce parking est public avec un nombre de places très limité. Si pas de place disponible, il faut aller au parking de la piscine situé à 300 m environ (dixit la personne de la réception) 2) de plus, ce parking ne dispose pas de place "handicapé". Là aussi, la réponse de la personne de la réception est identique : ce parking n'appartient pas à l'hôtel, il faut aller au parking de la piscine, ce qui commence a être cocasse (!) pour un client avec des problèmes de mobilité. 3) aucun alternative et surtout aucune aide proposée ! ..... merci au réceptionniste. En synthèse, si vous venez en voiture et/ou si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, je vous conseille d'oublier cet hôtel.

Stayed here on a Golf Par Excellence holiday - ideal location for the town and courses - hotel very comfortable and rooms away from the road are quiet enough.

Problems with a privileged room that cost ~400EUR/night: 1. When the AC is running, it makes a noise at an interval of 2 mins. When it is shuts down, the noise remains and the frequency reduces. We were told that all the rooms of this hotel have this problem. Video attached. 2. Toilet and bathroom doors don't close. Videos attached. 3. Bathroom window had somebody's underwear in the window sill. Video attached. Video attached. 4. Water boiler already had leftover water from before and therefore is now moldy. Picture attached. 5. Only one chair in the room. No facilities to sit and relax except for the bed - this is unhygienic. Picture attached. 6. Shower cap is of low quality. It simply burst when I tried to open it. Pic attached. 7. Shower head and shower knob are broken. Pictures attached. 8. Coffee machine is available but no suitable coffee capsules to make use of the machine. Pic attached. 9. Rooms aren't sound proof. We woke up multiple times in the middle of the night and very early in the morning due to the noise from the corridor.

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was in a beautiful area. We had breakfast every day and hod one evening meal there. The staff at the bar and restaurant were fantastic and we were well looked after.

A great location and helpful staff, but a small single room Really is small. Compensated rather by actually having a small (4’) double bed that was extremely comfortable. Same cannot be said of the pillows unfortunately
