Room was supposed to have a "business desk" but this turned out to be only a cocktail table. Ironically there was plenty of space in an ante-room for a full desk, but this was taken up by a fridge and a sofa.. and nothing else. So no TV to watch from the sofa for example. The actual TV was in the bedroom, but fixed to the wall and paralell to the bed, so could hardly watch from bed either. A badly organised room. And the wifi.. clunky to connect. Won't connect if you have a VPN running. Intermittent service. Failed in the morning just as I was trying to plan my Uber to the airport. Cleaning service left my room unlocked and neglected to replace coffee amenities.

The so called "gym" is an ice-cold room with an old bike and a roawing machine. No treatmill, no weights, very dissaponiting and can't be called a gym. The choice at breakfast is not great, fruit only citrus, no apples, bananas, bowls way too small for granola or oats, only small spoons. The personal is not very friendly. I hang out a do-not-disturb sign on my door, nevertheless the cleaning entered the room. When flagging this at the reception, the person didn't think that was a problem. The light in the bathroom can't be switched off. The rooms are very tiny, the bathroom looks like in an IBIS hotel.

The main level looks well renovated, and clean. The rooms are also renovated but lack of replacements and thought. The switches look a bit overused and not replaced. As I have long hair I needed to use the hairdryer. Powerplug in the bsthroom was not working for hairdrieres, so I had to use the lower plugs next to the door, but the cable was to short, or the one next to the bed, making hair falling onto the bed. At 7am a air conditioning like system is activated and is quirt loud with open windows, I don t like aircon. On Friday a neighbour upstaires made a lot of noice very early in the morning around 5h30 and in general is the aucustic blocked of the door very limited.

Nice location. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. It's a shame the restaurant was closed at the weekend, and that the choice was limited. However, the quality of the food was excellent.

The bedsheets were either stained or moldy, probably the latter. The ventilation needed cleaning and 2 light bulbs were blown. The electric lead for the kettle was to short to be plugs in where it was. A 4-star hotel that gives you cardboard cups and neither milk nor a spoon to stir your drink!! A hairdryer whose dirty switch makes you prefer to keep your hair wet. A disaster of a hotel, to be avoided!!
