I arrived at reception the guy made no effort to speak English. In my booking I specifically mentioned I wanted a quiet room. I confirmed with reception is this a quiet room? He said all our rooms are quiet generally. Unfortunately not I was in the middle of the first floor with dogs barking and people running up and down. Obviously my request was just forgotten just like the customer service. I understand I am just a number and not a client. I will make sure to leave a review

Friendly, helpful staff. Ideal for cycling, with the secure cycle storage. Good restaurant on site. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Convenient for the railway station, with fast journeys into Paris, and close to the Avenue Verte.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice public areas inside (bar & restaurant) and out (seats and tables beneath the trees in the garden area). The room was disappointing, with a shower head that was broken and air conditioning that could not be adjusted. It felt like the level of maintenance in the hotel was lacking. A good location close to the river and only a short walk up the hill to the lovely main street with great shops and restaurants.
