I booked two rooms for two nights for my family to attend my daughter's graduation ceremony at TSMU. As an Accor member, we chose this hotel and were very pleased with our decision. We reserved one Executive Room and one Superior Twin Room, and both were well-appointed, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard. Breakfast was served on the 36th floor and offered an excellent selection of dishes, making for a wonderful start to each day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly choose this hotel again during our next visit. I also requested a late check-out until 4:00 PM for one of the rooms, which was kindly accommodated by the hotel staff and greatly appreciated. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

My stay itself was comfortable and enjoyable, and thank you for the birthday wish. As the overall quality of the hotel was good, I just wanted to gently share two specific things that felt disappointing. 1. Breakfast: On one morning, the restaurant was packed due to a large tour group. There were no available seats, and some of the food stations were empty. While one female staff member was kind and tried her best to help, the other staff members seemed indifferent. On another day, I changed the timing and had a peaceful breakfast, but a recurring issue arose: every time I left the table to get something, the staff cleared away my full coffee cup or my full plate. This happened more than once. 2. Pool: Unfortunately, my experience at the pool was not very pleasant. Most guests were not wearing swim caps, leaving hair floating in the water. Although there is a "No Diving" sign, children and even adults were diving into the pool. Furthermore, despite being an indoor facility, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke at times, even when the window was closed.

Was a nice hotel with a lovely pool however a few tiny moments did make the stay a little less satisfactory. The fridge in the room was not at all cold and could not keep anything cool, I asked about this and they said it was a temp controlled space - well what’s the point of that - a fridge needs to be cold. Allowing for the guest to keep things cold ! Like milk. I hate tea with creamer it’s not meant to be drunk with creamer, the reception was an abrupt when I asked for some milk like it was an unreasonable request? The breakfast was nice but I think for a 5 star I would have expected to be served coffee and tea rather than get it out of a machine.

Comfortable stay but I got a feeling that the hotel deteriorated since the last time I was there. 1. Breakfast - cafe machine still producing mediocre coffee and seemed to me that food variety was smaller than the last I stayed there. Also, tap water machine was broken. 2. Gym - before I could use my room key to enter gym and now it was replaced with a bracelet. Fine, I got the bracelet on Day 1. But every time I had to go to the gym front desk for them to extend it and allow access. One day I wanted to do an early workout (6:30am) only to meet closed doors because of the bracelet thing described above. 3. Elevators - seems that card readers in them are not working so anyone could go on any floor even without a key. 4. Wifi in my room was glitchy all week I couldnt trust it to take my meeting there 4. Personnel was good and made stay comfortable
