Housekeeping staff very helpful. Nice check in experience as well as perfect concierge service. Restaurant Recine staff service not good, the server didn't collect the used plates and they just walk around.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The check in employee went the extra mile to provide a breakfast boxe as I was departing at 05:30am way before the breakfast official time. It was greatly appreciated for the long road trip ahead. On my return I had the pleasure of enjoying the buffet breakfast which was excellent! My only little issue, was locating the aircon control panel in the bedroom as I wanted to switch the air conditioner off! I found it by chance! Maybe a little note or a word during the check in process would be wise as my colleague experienced the same issue. If not, the room are super clean, the bed and bedsheets are so comfortable! The bathroom is beautiful and the view from the room incredibly nice!

Everyone was lovely. Had one exception at buffet breakfast at Racines, asked a staff for more glass for juice as the station was empty, and she seemed like she had a rough morning, quietly went ahead and did it. Probably having a bad day. Otherwise no biggie. Will stay there again next time. ☺️

Overall we had a comfortable stay. The room is quiet with comfortable bed along with good hotel amenities of a 5 star hotel. Check-in was slow but check out was quick. The pool and garden is very nice but very noisy due to a wedding group taking photos for hours. It would be nice if this nuisance be informed beforehand so we could avoid those hours. The lobby is nice and big but most tables were reserved for some events so it was lack of tables for a quick bite or drinks. The foods in the main restaurant were decent but staff in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and well maintained. Staff was simply professional of a business 5 star hotel.
