This is not my first review of the hotel. It does so many things right but for some reason it just cant get its club lounge to the other standards of the hotel. The service has greatly improved but the food/canapés just fall far too short - not terrible just nowhere close to its competitors. On the positive we think the rooms are of a high standard and the service is terrific with one exception and that is Hanafi. He is simply outstanding (and i never single individuals out), the heart and soul of the Sofitel and if anyone is lucky enough to be greeted and served by him then you are honoured.

Hosted our daughter’s wedding dinner at the Sofitel KL. We felt extremely welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and polite, facilities upkeep was excellent and the environment was very comfortable. Special mention to Mei Yee, who went out of her way to ensure that the wedding went without a hitch. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience here at the Sofitel Kuala Lumpur. Our Executive Lounge experience was Amazing made even better with the hospitality from Cassie, Haven & Hafiz. We felt at home here & ate delicious food prepared by there professional Chefs. Thank you Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara, we will be back.

Well-located hotel with spacious and well-appointed rooms. Excellent room service and polite staff. Very good breakfast. Vegetarian dishes for lunch were however limited. Overall great place to stay!
