check in went on very well however in 3 days into our stay we were told 2 of our friends had to pay for breakfast and yet we had paid for it. that was very disturbing

We were brought to the hotel by a tour company from the airport because our flight was delayed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We arrived with two small children. After receiving your email asking to rate our stay, I gave a score of 2 for service, and I would like to explain why. When we were checked in, the reception told us that the restaurant would still be open for another 5 minutes. We immediately went there, but a young male host at the restaurant entrance (a young man with braces) told us that the restaurant had already closed 5 minutes earlier, even though there was still plenty of food in the buffet area. I explained that we were traveling with small children who had not eaten for about 7 hours and that we would have to leave the hotel again at 4:00 AM. I asked if it would be possible to at least take some bread or rolls, but I was refused. I then said that this felt like very poor service, to which the employee replied that this was actually “the best service.” In addition, the hot water switch in our room did not work, so we had to wash our children with cold water. The water also smelled extremely strongly of chlorine. Considering this experience — especially while traveling with two small children — it was very disappointing. I hope the hotel management will review this situation and speak with the staff member involved, because this was very disappointing, especially when traveling with small children. Because of this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to my friends or acquaintances

There was too much noise outside my room and it irritated me for good amount hours. Also, they didn't have Vegan burger and the options in breakfast is also very limited.
