Overall, the stay was satisfactory, and the breakfast was excellent, except on Monday, which was expected. However, a few issues affected the overall experience: Refrigerator: The refrigerator was not working at all. I understand that it was a mini-fridge, but I had to discard my son’s milk every night because it would go stale without proper cooling. Room condition: The room was generally fine, but there were a few scuff marks on the bathroom door and behind the main door. Customer experience: On the day of checkout, despite confirming the checkout time with reception twice, my key card was deactivated at 2 PM. I had to return to reception to get it reactivated, which was an unnecessary inconvenience. Having paid a premium for the experience of staying at a five-star Accor property, I expected a smoother and more attentive service experience. While the stay had its positives, these shortcomings were disappointing, and I am unsure whether I would choose to stay at an Accor property again.

Distinct lack of attention to detail. Sofa bed was not done in the suite on our arrival, despite them knowing we are a family of 4. Drain in bath will not open, asked for help for an hour and no one showed up. Luckily there was a shower as well.

Everything was good staff was courteous housekeeping was good but the in room dining was not good. One of the in room dining staff was rude . When asked for extra plate he took money for the extra plate and answered rudely. The rest of the staff were good. Also there is very limited Food Menu and taste is not so good.

The cleanliness was very poor; I even found hair on the pillows after the room had been cleaned. Room service was also bad—I placed an order, and an hour and a quarter later, it still hadn't arrived, even though the hotel was not busy.

We enjoyed our stay. Most of the things were fine. The swimming pool water was a little too cold for my kids, but for me I was comfortable with it. The main downside was the breakfast, which had limited variety and small portions at the buffet. Even when items were replenished, only a little was added, and the food quality could have been better. The restaurant service also felt a bit slow, sorry to say we don't like the breakfast at all

Tidy hotel with good pool area to relax. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice & spacious although possibly time to be refurbished as was a bit tired in the kitchen laundry areas. Nice stay but hotel shuttle didn’t arrive at airport despite waiting an hour in the heat. Would have been nice to be informed it was never going to arrive.
