Good location , close to the old city, market square and Station . Unique concept on any time, complimentary coffee and water for guests, one the best concept that I have experienced so far. 2 things that need improvement is that the AC in rooms was not working well , temperature was fixed at 24 degrees C and could not be changed . This was informed at the reception but no respite offered . Regarding the dining experience - Being a vegetarian , very few options offered and the staff at the restaurant was a bit unwelcoming and not very accommodative . There was a “No” to any special requests

What a Stay !! We are The New Zealand Men’s Hockey Team that visited Gniezno for the FIH Nations Cup. We had a great stay, the ibis Team were outstanding ! Going beyond , making our stay in Poland very enjoyable ! A big shout out to Magda & Domi ,who made our stay very Easy. The whole team were a happy staff and well Managed . Cheers Ibis Styles !!

6 minute walk from train station, friendly staff, comfy beds, clean. Ate dinner here as it was getting late. My husband and I ordered the same item but it was not correctly communicated to the cook. So, I did not get what I ordered-totally different meal. They offered to make what I ordered. But as I said, it was getting late and I didn’t want my husband to be done with his meal and then, I was eating my meal plus the wastage of food. They did apologize and offer dessert but we are not dessert eaters so declined. By the way, we were the only ones in the restaurant the entire time.

I arrived at the train station and took a short walk to IBIS. It was also a short walk to Gniezno Centre, Abbey etc. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, both hot and cold food. The bar was welcomed at the end of the day. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
