arrived very late, very quickly registered and given my room by pleasant lady at reception. unfortunately had a small room with 2 beds instead of double bed, but it's not issue. I hope one day soon beddings will be similar to European standards, in replacement on mini duvet covering the bed! Very good breakfast.

We fully understand your expectations in this area and I am happy to share that later this year we are planning a complete replacement of all hotel beds, together with new bedding sets, aligned with European and Accor standards. The access to the hotel is limited and the bar and reception area is very small. The atmosphere is mainly couple based and lacks something. The rooms are large but rather tired, a little bit like the person who cleaned mine as all that was done was to throw the quilt over the mattress, no crockery cleaned or removed, and having searched for a while I found the TV controller under the quilt. The weather was very cold when I visited but I found the room quite cold . The bar service is quite shoddy and the prices are ridiculous... £10.00 for a 250 ml of wine which actually was never that. At most it was 185 ml and when I challenged Kasper behind the bar he said he gave me the most popular wine without giving me a choice; quite rude if I'm honest. I had breakfast included and the choice was varied but mainly continental. The toaster didn't toast, very little seating, the hot drinks were cold. The shower was fabulous, powerful and hot, however I had to move the kettle to the side of the bed because the way the fitted furniture had been installed, the plug couldn't fit. I don't like giving negative reviews but certain things put my back up, especially being completely ripped off in the bar. Never been a large glass of wine and to charge that was disgusting. I don't like being ripped off! Oh, I kept trapping my fingers in the access door because it was broken. Also, when sat in the reception/bar area, the visual disturbance from the big wheel outside could trigger someone with epilepsy to have an event. My reviews are usually very positive but this time I'm quite annoyed. Also, I know this seems very pretentious but if your not Polish then the TV is unfit for you... I know it's Poland but it's a tourist area ... There needs to be some adaptation.

During our discussion, he explained that you requested a dry wine, which is slightly more expensive than our house wine (which is semi-dry). He offered the least expensive option available within this category, while still ensuring very good quality. Nevertheless, if you felt misinformed or uncomfortable with this situation, please accept our sincere apologies. Your technical remarks have also been shared with our Technical Manager so that all reported issues can be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you once again for your constructive criticism. We truly appreciate such feedback, as it helps us improve our services and enhance the experience of our future guests.
