I am pleased to read that despite your late arrival, the check-in process was smooth and handled professionally by our reception team, and that you enjoyed our breakfast and overall service. We fully understand your expectations in this area and I am happy to share that later this year we are planning a complete replacement of all hotel beds, together with new bedding sets, aligned with European and Accor standards.
