The person who greeted us at check in was very rude, just handed us the keys and when I asked where we go is it over there pointing to the lifts, he said well yes they are Lifts. Well located and good amenities

Room was fine, however there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, it was meant to be a non-smoking room! Noise overnight and early in the morning with people banging their doors shut. For a 4-star hotel the bath towels were poor, they need to be changed.

Sadly the worse experience of any Accor hotels I have stayed at. After raising an issue I was told that this is the best they can do. Room temperature +25C No fan and no air con even though website and booking confirmation says room does. Only when I complained via email did the hotel make the effort. 2nd day of 5 day stay and I was out. No attempt to call mobile to discuss, only email. Travelled with child so no consideration for the other person. Had to leave door wedged open for several hours to cool room down. 13th floor but so hot. Unable to leave window open ( only opens 5cm) overnight due to noise in the city (Expected) Hotel location great, other staff excellent, facility clean and tidy, just my experience leaves a very sour taste for me and my son.
