I've stayed almost an hour in the que in the lobby waiting for check in. I was kind lucky as the que was all the time growing. Two days later I couldn't leave parking in Stary Browar as somebody has canceled my ticket - another 20 minutes lost.

Every Guest is important for us and everyday we are trying to improve our quality service to make our Guests stays the best way possible. Thank You very much for pointing what needs to be changed/improved so we can take immediate actions.Such a long-time waiting queques are not the standard we want to show at our Hotel. Big space loby coridors rooms it all fell grande one of the best breakfasts i ever have very good lokation 15 min walk to town hall ( very nice one ) just smal think hir and there some how was missing but generaly good hotel

We've booked a family room for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was fairly spacious and clean, however the sofa bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We only got two cups for three people so unfortunately couldn't enjoy a cup of tea all together and had to take turns... Other than, it's okay for a short stay and well located.

Dear Novotel Poznań Centrum team, I recently stayed with my two daughters from January 9th to 11th, and we had an absolutely wonderful time! This was our second visit — my husband and the girls were here in the summer, and they already loved it so much that we couldn’t wait to come back. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, which is so important when traveling with kids. We had a small issue with the heating not working in our first room, but the staff responded immediately and moved us to another one without any hassle — thank you for handling it so quickly and professionally! My daughters were thrilled with the gym again (they remembered it from the summer!), and I personally fell in love with your amazing lobby — it’s so cozy, stylish, and welcoming. The lounge music playing there is just perfect; it’s one of those little details that makes everything feel special and relaxing. In the summer, my family even caught some evenings with a DJ, which added such a fun vibe! We had a great time and filmed a few Reels in your beautiful lobby — my girls were goofing around and dancing those trendy viral dances. We tagged @novotelpoznancentrum on Instagram — maybe you’ll spot them and find them as cute and funny as we do! 😊 Overall, thank you for the warm welcome, great service, and making our family stay so enjoyable.
