Good first impressions, but the mattress in the room was well compressed and after a week very uncomfortable. the towels were small and paper thin. The staff in the hotel had a good attitude and despite having to have my keys encoded 4 times as was being mysteriously locked out of my room! Staff did respond well when asked.

The hotel is well located, the staff are professional, and the rooms are good value; however, it was very often loud in the room, with either dogs barking or other guests partying until past midnight in adjacent rooms. We stayed 3 nights, and each night we had trouble sleeping because of how noisy it was until very late; it might have been bad luck, but the fact is that the walls are too thin. I would not stay here again or recommend the hotel because of it.

Huotelin I. Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

+ rooms and furniture + comfortable bed + when I arrived to check in the receptionist noticed that I had cut my hand and fetched a plaster - I had parked my car in the last available free space in the hotel garage. Later I was woken up after midnight by a call from the reception accusing me having taking someone's reserved space and removed the sign reserving it. I protested that I had not touched any signs and proposed to move the car in the morning, but the receptionist insisted I move the car immediately. When I came down he admitted after checking the security videos, that I had been someone else who had removed the sign reserving the parking space, but required me to move the car any way. The garage is quite small for the modern cars and parking there is quite difficult. - The noise from the street is well audible even in the top floor rooms. - In the evening I had gone to the lobby bar for a drink. But I had to give up after waiting for some time as none of the waiters came to me or even made an eye contact with me.
