arrived to a queue of 7 people in front of me with one recptionist on the desk checking people in. after 10 mins 5 in front and 6 behind us. No apology for waiting and when it was my turn at the desk the receptionist answered the phone and ignored me for around 3-4 mins dealing with the phone call

We had room 1331. It was very cold in that room, when we talked with the staff, they explained that the thermostat is set to 23'C max, the window was not sealed properly and the cold air was felt throughout the whole day. The shower unit was leaking. The TV is restricted, there are a couple of cable channels. No option of opening any streaming service, although the TV is built for streaming i.e. Netflix. We have the 21st century even 3 star hotels in Bangkok have the option of watching Netflix. The wifi was poor, trying to connect to it was just awful. So the room itself was fine, it was cleaned and tidy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The parking was a bit problematic as well, whenever leaving I had to get a ticket to leave at the reception desk, sometimes had to wait a long time in the queue. There was nothing special about this place, there are some things that are done half-ass. But I cannot say anything bad about the staff, all of them were very nice and professional, always willing to help or provide advice.

Satysfakcja i zadowolenie z pobytu naszych Gości są dla Nas bardzo ważne, postaramy się więc zniwelować problemy z jakimi musiał sie Pan zmierzyc w trakcie pobytu u Nas. Raz jeszcze dziękujemy za szczegółowe opisanie tych kwestii oraz za poświęcony czas. W imieniu Zarządu, Dyrekcji oraz całego Hotelu pragnę jak najserdeczniej przeprosić za wszelkie niedogodności oraz za to, że nie udało nam się uczynić Pana pobytu takim jakim byśmy chcieli czyli pełnym satysfakcji i zadowolenia. Liczymy, że mimo nienajlepszych wrażeń zdecyduje się Pan dać naszemu hotelowi kolejną szansę, a my dołożymy wszelkich starań, by tym razem pobyt był perfekcyjny pod każdym względem. Check in took 45 minutes, despite the fact, that I did a pre-check in online. Printer for invoices did not work. Barkeepers were slow in serving our large group. Heating in room would not stay above 20 Degrees. Toilette was flushing very slowly.
