Well located, good breakfast. I would expect higher standard of beds and rooms for 4* hotel - definitely room for improvement. Bathroom ok, rooms and halls look dated.

Very good location in close proximity to the Old Town and shopping (including a shopping centre across the road). Our room was very spacious and clean (standard twin) but the tea/coffee was undrinkable because it turned out the cleaners didn’t rinse the kettle after cleaning it so water was extremely acidic. The beds were comfortable but we found the duvets to be on the thin side. Also we were not given a free wifi password on check in which is a standard nowadays in any hotel, after our first night we discovered a small note on the front desk saying you need an Accor account to access the internet The hotel was extremely busy and loud music could be heard until after midnight on both nights (we were on the 10th floor) Overall ok but would probably try a different hotel in the area if visiting in the future

Everything is fine, but when the toilet seat is open, it covers the flush button, which makes it hard to flush and is just inconvenient to use. I guess the person who bought the toilet didn't quite sync up with the contractors :)

arrived to a queue of 7 people in front of me with one recptionist on the desk checking people in. after 10 mins 5 in front and 6 behind us. No apology for waiting and when it was my turn at the desk the receptionist answered the phone and ignored me for around 3-4 mins dealing with the phone call
