Located a short walk from the Central Railway station, this Novotel is also an Ibis hotel. The room were very well appointed with great WiFi and very comfortable beds. The hotel bar and restaurant are reasonably priced with a good menu. There is also a microwave in the foyer where you can heat up meals. The Stary Browar shopping centre is also close and has supermarkets and lots of shopping. Old town and other attractions are also very close. A great experience staying here and I would stay here again.

Prior to arrival, we completed the online check-in process and confirmed our arrival time as requested. However, we were still required to wait until 3:00 pm to check in. Additionally, while the friends we were travelling with were allocated their room promptly, we experienced an unexplained delay of over an hour before being given access to ours. After a long day of travelling, this was quite disappointing. Although the room itself was generally satisfactory, there were a few issues that affected our comfort. The air conditioning listed as a room feature was not functioning, and the bath took an unusually long time to fill. In addition, housekeeping staff entered the room on several occasions at approximately 7:00 am, which was disruptive. We also encountered repeated issues with our key card being deactivated three times over a two-day period. On the third occasion, I was asked to provide identification and booking confirmation, despite having stayed for several days. As my ID was inside the room, this added unnecessary stress. We were informed this was due to a system error, though no further explanation was provided. While we understand that occasional issues can arise, the combination of these matters detracted from our overall experience. In light of this, I would appreciate it if you could consider some form of refund or goodwill gesture to reflect the inconvenience caused. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.
