Romm are large and clean and well equipped. Breaskfast is good Hotel staff is kind and available Opportunity for improvement : Sound isolation is not good, we can easily hear above neighbour When groups arrive the queue is getting quite long to get to the front desk staff

In Poznan for a Business trip I choice again the Novotel Centrum, because it is central, has good Rooms, they speak all well english and othrer useful Things (Restaurant, Gym etc.)

Hire someone to answer the bloody phone!

I booked the room over a phone. Then I realised I won't be there before 2pm to pay for the stay and the booking wouldn't be guaranteed anylonger. So I tried to call you - noone answered throughout the whole day. NOONE! It's bloody shambles. You didn't reply to my 2 emails either. Only through facebook you finally confirmed that my booking won't be canceled. When I arrived I realised why. There were only 2 people at the reception serving a queue of 10 people. The next day on the way down from the 11 floor the lift stopped on every single floor because folks were going for their breakfast. Fair enough, but some of them would prefer to take the stairs, but... they COULDN'T FIND THEM! Now, imagine if there was a fire..... And the guy at the reception didn't even tell me how to use the card in the lift. And was smirking when i asked what floor the room is... didn't say anything about the restaurant and breakfast either. Overall, it's a nice place but so chaotic. Loads of space for improvements.

Really pleasant staff - especially at the reception. Disappointed I could not regulate the room temperature - it was really hot, no air conditioning, and I had to change rooms before I could open the windows. The staff however were accommodating and changed my room with no fuss

Very nice room, new and clean, and the hotel facilities are very good. However, the car park is not easy to find (no signs).

Old furniture, no air conditioning and fixed windows in the room. Difficult to get any fresh air inside. First offered room not having any lights inside. Breakfast room very busy, no place to sit. Not working lifts as an evergreen (two ladies stacked in for 20 minutes). Queuing at reception is a standard not surprise here.

SOFITEL is solid brand I like the best. Novotel Poznan has been significantly modernize and refresh. Also the hotel location is very good. The only minus is that not everywhere I am traveling the SOFITEL brands exist (Podgorica or Skopje).

Room should be available at 1400, and yet having checked in after a very long queue and paying fir the room in advance , no room was available until 1530 after joining a very long queue yet again. This is the worst check in I have ever encountered. Otherwise the room was fine as was the breakfast .
