Friendly staff. comfortable rooms, nice cafe/restaurant and bar. Close to the tram stop for connections into the old town or the railway station. Good selection for breakfast.

The location is perfect. Ibis and Novotel hotels are located in the same building and sharing the reception, I`ve never seen such constellation before. Interior design of Novotel part (especially corridors but it applies to bathrooms too) made of very cheap materials which makes an impression of Ibis budget. The rooms are ok, however heating in our first room was not working and the technician on duties was not able to resolve the problem. The stuff offered us room change which we accepted. However according to them the floor, where our first room was located was not used for quite long time and the heating was switched on on a day of our arrival. This should have been done before or we should offered room located on a floor with working heating. At the check-in we were informed, we got an upgraded room (I have Gold status). This wasn`t true, we booked an executive room and we got an executive room.

First impression: The hotel lobby is buzzing with life - sometimes a bit too much! 🏃‍♂️ The constant flow of guests, especially during morning and evening hours, creates an atmosphere more reminiscent of a busy shopping mall than a hotel space. This can be problematic if you're looking for a quiet spot for a business meeting or a moment of relaxation. Unfortunately, the noise issue doesn't end in the lobby. While the rooms are modernly furnished and comfortable, they don't always provide the expected tranquility. Sounds from the corridor and adjacent rooms can be intrusive, especially on weekends when the hotel hosts more tourists. What deserves recognition: * Professional staff handling high guest traffic with impressive efficiency * Excellent breakfast with a rich selection of dishes * Strategic location near major city attractions Areas for improvement: * Sound insulation needs significant enhancement * Room air conditioning system can be noisy * Elevator queues during peak hours In conclusion - if you value a central location and don't mind the hustle and bustle of a vibrant city hotel, Novotel Centrum might be a great choice for you. However, if peace and quiet are your priority, it's worth considering alternative accommodation options in a less busy part of the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
