The location of the hotel and the staff made my stay enjoyable. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. The main purpose of my review is to give high marks to Amolrzej Przemieniecki. He was my go-to person I always looked for if I needed directions. His directions, how explained the route on the map, and any other helpful hint he could give me always helped me find my destination with no problem. His English was very good and his kindness was always appreciated. In fact, when he checked me out (I stayed October 1-4), an associate helped him with my receipt, due to the fact that he was relatively new and he didn't have much experience in checking customers out. I told the gentleman helping that I assumed Amolrzej was a seasoned veteran, considering his expertise, knowledge and a smile that always gave you the impression that he knew the answer and could help you with any problem. I try to explain to young people to choose an occupation that you would love doing for the rest of your life, and not to base it on money and climbing the ladder. If you hate what you do, the days can be long and no amount of money can help your heart and spirit like what you do all day long! My husband and I are hoping to return to Poland next fall, and we will definitely stay at your hotel! Please give Amolrzej my thanks for helping me!

Laundry service wasn't possible as the hotel informed they need more than 3 days to wash and dry clothes. Housekeeping didn't clean the room despite the door sign asking for the room to be cleaned. Impossible to adjust the aircon in the room as the air keeps being hot even when set on Cooling.

At the same time, I am extremely sorry about the lack of room cleaning. I assure you that we will clarify this issue with the Head of the Floor Service Department, but at this point I would like to sincerely apologize for this shortcoming. I am also sorry about the long time that the laundry service needs to complete the order, it is an external company and I will try to explain why such a long period. Thank you once again for your opinion and we hope that in the future we will have the opportunity to earn a higher rating in your eyes. A good basic hotel only a few minutes walk from old market square and 100yds from nearest tram stop.. easy to explore Poznan from this hotel and has everything that we beeded
