When checking in, it turned out that one of the rooms we booked was already taken by another guest. Clean, warm and comfortable. But in our rooms the lock fell out in our interior door. Though the temperature control is bit difficult where even the lowest temperature was a little stuffy and ventilation could be improved, the breakfast was plentiful and diverse. Cleanliness was very good and no issues of noise.

Very comfortable - helpful staff - and because of the time of the year a very quiet hotel. However, not a good idea to have renovation work - and noise - happening outside the hours of 09.00 to 17.00 !!!! You can't have guest staying AND do renovation work at the same time !!!!!

Room was fantastic, view could be better, but that's luck of the draw. Good sized bathroom. Very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, however ordered an early breakfast on departure day and that was...Im at a loss for words. Awful comes close. Other then that, cannot complain.
