Hotel fine,great breakfast,and fine bed with really soft pillows. Handy for bus and tram as stops are right outside hotel.

The hotel is located close to the main points of interest and can be a good option for a short stay — but only for a single traveller. We were two people, a mother and an adult son, and the twin room we received was nothing like what we expected. In reality, it was clearly a single room with a bed that had originally been one unit; it looked as if the staff had simply separated it for us. As a result, one bed blocked the desk completely, making it unusable, and the other was pushed tightly against the wall. There was no real possibility to make tea, even though we had a kettle, and reaching the power outlets was a challenge. Overall, the room felt uncomfortably cramped. What made the experience even more disappointing was the “gold status” welcome gift — just two very cheap candies. The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for an omelette (although I want to thank the young woman working there who tried her best to help and comfort me — she was the only pleasant interaction during the stay). The receptionist, on the other hand, was rude and unprofessional. I did not feel any hospitality from the hotel this time, even though my previous stay here had been perfect. Unfortunately, after such an unwelcoming experience, I doubt I would choose this hotel again. I cannot recommend it.

However, it was fully consistent with the offer You selected. Regarding the comments about the reception staff, I am very surprised, as our staff receive very high ratings from our guests. However, I assure You that I will clarify this situation with the Reception Manager. At the same time, we are sorry for described inconveniences related to the breakfast service during your stay. I assure You that the Restaurant Manager makes every effort to prevent such situations, and our staff always encourage to enjoy breakfast during off-peak hours to avoid queues. According to the opinion about early check-in I would like to point out that it depends on availability. Unfortunately, the twin room You booked were not available upon arrival, so the Reception suggested You leave your baggage in the luggage room. The worker Natalia 100/10 very kind and helpful, the guys on the evening told me they can help me making the rest of my food warm later, the night guys denied this service and said it wasn’t possible! Room very clean and nice. Water on the corner very good! 100/10
