Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at our hotel. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Let me express my sincerest apologies. We strive to provide the highest quality service to every customer, so your opinion is very important to us. As for the dispensers located on the floors, they do not have boiling water, while we have a bar open 24 hours a day. Upon request, any staff member will dispense boiling water to guests.
