Lovely quiet room for our 4 day stay, had everything we needed with very comfortable bed. Lots of choice at breakfast all good quality. Ate dinner every night in the restaurant- good choice, quality and service. Location was good for us - trams very close, walked into the old town. Felt safe and was clean and well maintained. Would recommend and will stay again.

The housekeeping team needs to be more attentive, and there are nitty gritty that needs to be seen to. On my first morning, housekeeping missed out on my room cleaning even when i had left the door sign for them to make up my room. When i returned after a tiring day to discover the uncleaned room, i had to call reception 2 times over 50mins for the cleaner to come. I left my room for an hour, and when i returned, i found that the cleaner totally forgot to give me any clean towel, glasses were not washed as well. So i had to call reception again and waited for clean towels to come. When i thought i could finally get to shower after a tiring day and having to wait so long for housekeeping especially when these should have been done while i was away from room, there was no warm water in the shower. A staff came to check but i had to change room and ended up packing everything to move to a new room. In the new room, the bathroom door was faulty as it could not be closed completely. There was only one hook for hanging clothes in the entire bathroom. In this room, there was also the sound of washing machine or some kind of machinery sound until close to 11pm on some nights. I didn't want to bother changing to another room again. Negative experience aside, i enjoyed the st martin crossaint as a welcome gift as well as the welcome drinks amd foods at winestone. I also like the location of the hotel where it is walkable to the old town and train station, but still quiet enough away from the hustle bustle.

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the series of inconveniences you experienced. We are truly sorry that your room was not serviced despite the housekeeping sign being displayed. It is obviously a misunderstanding - our House Keeping Dept. have notet that within the day you have inserted "Do not disturb" hanger. However, we are sorry that the subsequent cleaning was incomplete, requiring multiple follow-up calls for towels and other necessities. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating this must have been after a long day. We are equally concerned to learn about the lack of hot water in your room, which resulted in the inconvenience of having to relocate. Having to pack and move rooms during your stay is far from the seamless experience we strive to offer our guests. Furthermore, we regret that the replacement room also presented maintenance shortcomings, including the faulty bathroom door, limited bathroom amenities, and the noise disturbance during the evening hours. Although initial feeling is a conference-style hotel, totally not that vibe, it never felt over-crowded! The only exception was check-in, which unfortunately had a line and only 1 team member at the time of our arrival. The group before us had many questions - more user error than a hotel issue. The room was great; clean, bed was very comfortable (as always) and the airco was on - we arrived during the heatwave. Breakfast had a great variety, also with fresh eggs on request and make your own waffles and fresh juice - my only request would be please add Pączki to the 'local specialties'!!! :). All team members were friendly and greeted.

The hotel is located in the city centre, it’s clean and very comfortable. The only, but very big, downside of the standard rooms is the lack of electricity plugs by the beds. For a standard room there is only one socket available by the table and one in the corridor, definitely not enough if two people would stay in the room.

+ Great location in the city center (walking distance to the train station, shopping mall, etc.) + Friendly and helpful staff + Very good breakfast with a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. You can also make your own carrot juice, make waffles, etc. - a lot of options! + My request to receive a quiet room in one of the top floors was acted on, which is so nice (some hotels just ignore such comments/requests) + I was able to check in a bit earlier which was really convenient - The standard room was a bit small and decorated in a simple way, so that's the only thing that could be nicer. I'm sure the premium rooms are great, but the standard room was quite simple.

Honestly, if I could give 11, I would. The hotel is of an excellent quality, located well for Poznań Old Town, the train station, and airport. A large number of tram lines are directly outside. On arrival we were upgraded to a Privilege room, which was spacious and had a great view towards the city. Staff welcomed us warmly, and were always available to help. We didn’t have breakfast, but did eat one morning in the café on the ground floor – the St Martin’s croissants are excellent. The best part, though, was after. I remembered that I’d left an item behind in my room, which has a lot of sentimental value. The hotel arranged to send it to me, and I could be happier. My first time in Poznań but not my last – and definitely not my last at this hotel.

I could not be happier with the location of this hotel. It is a very short walk to both the train station and the internatioanl fair expo grounds. The air conditioning is also phenomenal, and was needed during the heat wave.

The room was somewhat dated, and had chipped paint, but was comfy and good value for money. On arrival, water dispenser on the floors had full drip trays and could not be used, but this was rectified quickly, and staff were very nice and helpful. I am completing this review as I was emailed a number of times to do it!
