The hotel has excellent amenities and the staff are keen on the guests satisfaction. The breakfast was served observing high standards of hygiene, and the room is at a very high degree of comfort with free coffee capsules and tea sachets at your disposal at any time.

Nice room, clean, with handy restaurant with fine menu, breakfast was fantastic. Mini bar should be restocked after each clean. Coffee cups should be replaced after each clean.

Very nice sparetips room. Clean. Modern room. Conference facilities needs upgrade. Small TV screen for presentation. Old decor. Not living ip to own tovel policy changing tovel daily even if indicated that I will reuse the tovel. Nice hotel bar and with good food.

Hotel is really nice and clean, really good restaurant and fitness facilities. Only negative that as a vegan the options on the menu were limited and when I asked people didn’t know it understand what plant based entitled. For example asking for dairy free milk at breakfast. However, from the restaurant the vegetarian meals I had were really nice.

During the stay I went to get a drink from the mini bar. When I went to open the drink it had some substance solidified on the top and had obviously been previously opened. The same with a second drink I went to try. Whilst when it was reported to the hotel, they did generously give me two drinks and some chocolates to comoensate but to me this showed that things were not checked regularly and left me a little suspicious with any of the drinks in the hotel.
