The room looks significantly more outdated than in the photos on the website. Instead of the promised Nespresso coffee machine, we found an old electric kettle that takes several minutes to boil and only 2 packets of instant coffee. The main issue is the complete lack of soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything happening in the neighboring rooms. It was impossible to get a proper night's sleep. One night, our neighbors were noisy for 4 hours straight till 2am. I called reception, they promised to handle it, security came, but the situation didn't change - the noise continued. The hairdryer has a very short cord - extremely inconvenient for tall people to use. If you have long, thick hair, be prepared to spend at least 40 minutes drying it. For this price, you expect the hotel to match its advertised standards and provide basic comfort. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet either of these expectations. I don't recommend it, especially for families with children.

I booked a standard room but was assigned a handicap-accessible one without being asked. Unfortunately it really didn’t work for me. The room felt more like a hospital space, and the emergency cord was extremely sensitive. I accidentally triggered it twice just by reaching for a towel and drying off after a shower. I completely understand the purpose of these features, but the overall experience wasn’t what I expected or wanted for a hotel stay.

the very old and dirty carpets caused very bad impression; location is very good thus the hotel has potential

The first stage of the renovation we decided on is the bathroom refurbishment, which is currently underway in Superior rooms. After the bathroom renovations, we will gradually replace the carpets.
