I got the room which was without air conditioning and with fan which was very loudly. I had to have it turned on whole night. Temperature in room was higher than on the corridor and outside in the morning. Please add air conditioning to this room or close it for booking during summer time because it is very difficult to rest in such a high temperature. Beside that breakfast was OK and freshly made greipfruit juice was very good.

This property is okay. Parking fee for customers in such remote area shall be free for guest. If the pool of the hotel works only 2 months per year - this shall be CLEARLY noted in the hotel description. Marked so, everyone will believe in June at 30 degree outside temperature it will work.

I rate my stay well. Modern hotel interior. What can not be said about the exterior building. You can see that the hotel has been in use for many years. Service at the highest level from the reception to the kitchen. A very family atmosphere.

Apart from loud group of people who disturb our first two nights it was really pleasant stay again. Professional staff on reception, during breakfast and the bar. (Especially the Lady with short hair which name unfortunately I don't remember, and the gentleman from reception who had two night shifts- tall, dark hair) this hotel will always be my stop while I'm in Poland. Thank you for making me feel like home again. Breakfasts are really good- everyone will find something for themselves. Hotel is kept very clean- but that always been a case, regardless of virus. I would recommend very highly!!

The room was great - spacious, bathroom with bathtub, refrigerator. Where I felt the hotel fell short on expectations was the safety in the COVID-19 situation. Please take a look at how Novotel Warsaw Airport handles this - I felt much safer there. As a summary: + Breakfast buffet handled by the staff + Breakfast requiring mandatory masks when approaching the buffet - coffee machine during breakfast self-service - bread laid in baskets and not handed by the staff; bread tongs used by all the guests - tables near the buffet set up in a way not guaranteeing the distance (people passing by too close) - guests not respecting the mask requirement in close spaces, with no reaction from the staff On the con side - also online check-in. I expected it to save time, provided the arrival time (before noon) - and got zero information back. Then I needed to wait until 14 sharp to be able to pick up my key, while needing to sign the documents physically. What is the benefit of online check-in in such a case?

I have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this time I got room where the mattress was too hard and bendy. Couldn't sleep well at all.

This is my second stay in this hotel, and I enjoyed it again. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is quiet and set in beautiful parkland. And the buffet breakfast is great.

As usually I stay at Novotel Malta and I am happy about the service in bar, breakfast and reception. Very appreciated room upgrade and welcome amenities. Fantastic. However this time I have one very important input. What I experienced at early beginning was a nightmare. Someone from the hotel got fantastic idea to create a smoking zone at the entrance of the hotel. Non-smokers, incl. me, we had to pass crowd of heavy smoking people and our clothes were stinky all the time. If idea maker is smoker, dont listen him/her next time. If it was non-smoker ask him/her to stay there next to smokers all day. I am curious how happy will be about stinky clothes. For me it is big No Go.

The room was not prepared for us. I had reservation for a double bed (king) with sofa. First we got the twin room. After claiming that we have got another with two queens for three people. A bit too small. Additionally the toiletries and a pillow was missing, which gives me an impression that that was not the room fir us either.

First of all i’d like to thank you all staff. All of them kind, helpfull and smiling all the time. However i can not say same feelings about building, room and room interiors. I guess the hotel never renovated. I have quite a lot experience with Novotel in Casablanca, Dubai, Bangkok etc. The room here more like an Ibis Hotel room (except size) I can easily say this was the worst Novotel i stayed ever. Frankly speaking other than the staff and bf there is nothing positively say about the hotel unfortunately.

For this price it is excellent hotel. Rooms are ok, breakfast are ok. One thing which is super is location - big park with place for kids, near Malta lake for those who like jogging, big swimming pool and gym nearby

Start from the beginning:checking in is always smooth and easy. Receptionists are very polite and professional. Always happy to help. Rooms always perfectly clean and smells lovely:) Service people are very kind and always smiling (especially Mrs Basia if I correctly remember the name) This is kind of place you want to stay and feel so welcome. Hotel is located next to the forest away from busy city - makes my stay very peaceful and relaxing. But also is very easy access to go to centre by trains. Breakfasts and dinners are like at my mama house:) just delicious- plenty of choice. Fully recommend!!

I liked my stay in the hotel but why do they use paper cups for tea/coffee. I think it would be better to have proper cups in the room. They forgotten to clean our room one day but when i went down to reception desk the guy there was very helpfull.
